การประเมินประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานอาคาร:กรณีศึกษา อาคารคณะศิลปวิจิตร สถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนศิลป์ ศาลายา, จังหวัดนครปฐม (The Assessment of Efficiency and Satisfaction of Building Performance: A Case Study of the Silpavijit Building, Bunditpatanasilp Institute, Salaya, Nakhon Pathom)

Abstract

                การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจในด้านการใช้งานอาคารคณะศิลปวิจิตร สถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนศิลป์ โดยสำรวจระดับความพึงพอใจจากผู้ใช้งานอาคาร รวมถึงปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานจริงในปัจจุบันและความต้องการ เพื่อหาข้อสรุปและเสนอแนะแนวทางการแก้ไขปรับปรุง เพื่อให้มีความเหมาะสมต่อความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานอาคาร การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ดำเนินการโดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อวัดระดับความพึงพอใจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 100 คน และวิเคราะห์ผลด้วยวิธีทางสถิติเพื่อหาค่าเฉลี่ย และแปลผล รวมถึงการเก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ในเรื่องของปัญหาและความต้องการที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานในด้านต่าง ๆ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจหลังการใช้งานต่ออาคารคณะศิลปวิจิตร สถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนศิลป์ โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับน้อย - ปานกลาง ส่วนปัญหาและความต้องการนั้นประกอบด้วย ปัญหาจากการชำรุดของวัสดุและอุปกรณ์และปัญหาจากการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่รวมถึงปัญหาการขาดแคลนอุปกรณ์และครุภัณฑ์ในการเรียนการสอน ในด้านความต้องการ คือ การปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมและเพิ่มส่วนบริการ รวมถึงระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยของอาคาร

              The purpose of this study was to measure the satisfaction and the building performance of the Silpavijit Building, Bunditpatanasilp Institute through the post occupancy evaluation among the building users. The study examined the satisfaction levels, the needs of the users and the problems caused by the building occupancy, in order to draw the conclusion and the recommendation for future improvement to better serve the users’ needs. The survey was conducted to measure the satisfaction level based on the sample size of 100 respondents. The collected data was analyzed via statistical method for average score calculation and data interpretation. concluded in this study. The results indicated that the users were satisfied at low to moderate level on an average. As for the problems, it was found that the main problems were material and equipment malfunctions and the poor space management, along with the lack of equipment and durable objects. The improvement on the environment and the addition of the service area, along with the building security system were the main needs suggested by the selected sample size.
