การพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการเรียนการสอนสำหรับพนักงานครูในสังกัดเทศบาลนครสวรรค์ (Development of a Training Package on the topic of Online Social Media For Instruction for Teachers under Nakhon Sawan City Municipality)

Abstract

              การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีรูปแบบเป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความต้องการฝึกอบรม เรื่อง สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการเรียนการสอนสำหรับพนักงานครูในสังกัดเทศบาลนครนครสวรรค์ (2) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการเรียนการสอนสำหรับพนักงานครูในสังกัดเทศบาลนครนครสวรรค์  และ (3) ศึกษาผลการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการเรียนการสอนสำหรับพนักงานครูในสังกัดเทศบาลนครนครสวรรค์

               กลุ่มตัวอย่าง มี 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่  (1)  กลุ่มที่ 1  ใช้ในการสอบถามความต้องการเกี่ยวกับชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการเรียนการสอนสำหรับพนักงานครูในสังกัดเทศบาลนครนครสวรรค์ โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางเลขสุ่มของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% ได้จำนวนพนักงานครูในสังกัดเทศบาลนครนครสวรรค์ 222 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น และ (2)  กลุ่มที่ 2  ใช้ในการศึกษาผลการพัฒนา และผลการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการเรียนการสอนสำหรับพนักงานครูในสังกัดเทศบาลนครสวรรค์ จำนวน 50 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1)  แบบสอบถามความต้องการของพนักงานครูในสังกัดเทศบาลนครสวรรค์เกี่ยวกับชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการเรียนการสอน (2)  ชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการเรียนการสอน (3) แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรมแบบคู่ขนาน และ (4)  แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของพนักงานครูที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการเรียนการสอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E₁/E₂ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที

               ผลการวิจัย ปรากฏว่า  (1)  ผลการสอบถามความต้องการ ชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการเรียนการสอน พบว่า ครูมีความต้องการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการใช้งาน Google Apps. เพื่อการเรียนการสอน โดยต้องการ  ใช้งาน Gmail รับส่งจดหมายมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ สร้างเอกสารงานและเอกสารประกอบการเรียนการสอนบน Google Docs   นอกจากนั้นยังมีความต้องการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับการใช้งาน Facebook และ Line เพื่อการเรียนการสอน ระยะเวลาที่ต้องการฝึกอบรม พบว่า ต้องการระยะเวลา 2 วัน โดยเป็นวันเสาร์ และ อาทิตย์ (2) ผลการวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพ พบว่าชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการเรียนการสอนที่ผลิตขึ้น มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 โดยมีค่าประสิทธิภาพ E₁/ E₂ ที่ระดับ 82.35/80.65 (3) ผลการวิเคราะห์ความก้าวหน้าจากการฝึกอบรม พบว่า ชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการเรียนการสอน ทำให้ครูมีความก้าวหน้าหลังการฝึกอบรมเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05  และ (4) ผลการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการเรียนการสอน มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก

                 This project was designed to be a research and development plan aimed to (1) study the demand for training on the topic of Online Social Media for Teachers who worked at the Nakhon Sawan City Municipality, Thailand, (2) develop a training package on the topic of Online Social Media for these teachers, and (3) evaluate the effectiveness of the developed training package on the topic of Online Social Media used for these teachers.

               The research samples consisted of two groups. Group 1 were 222 teachers working for the Nakhon Sawan City Municipality. This group was used to determine the demand for training package on the topic of Online Social Media of the teachers at the Nakhon Sawan City Municipality. The group size was calculated from the table of Taro Yamane setting at a 95% confidence level. Group 2 consisted of 50 teachers who were used for evaluating the effectiveness of the developed training package on the topic of Online Social Media used for Teachers who worked at the Nakhon Sawan City Municipality. The research tools employed in this study were (1) questionnaires surveying the demand for training package on the topic of Online Social Media of teachers who worked at the Nakhon Sawan City Municipality, (2) training package on the topic of Online Social Media for teaching, (3) pre-test and post-test forms were testified in parallel, and (4) questionnaires assessing the satisfaction of the teachers on using the developed training package on the topic of Online Social Media. Statistics used for data analysis were the E₁/E₂ efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

               The results shown that (1) the teachers had desire to be trained for skills to enable to use Google applications for teaching lessons, in which they had a highest demand on using Gmail for mailing correspondence, and also for creating work documents and teaching documents on Google Docs. Furthermore, there were needs for training on the use of Facebook and Line applications for teaching purposes. Duration of training requested was 2 days; that is Saturday and Sunday, (2) Evaluation of effectiveness revealed that the developed training package on the topic of Online Social Media was efficient as showed by a E₁/E₂ ratio of 82.35/80.65, (3) The teachers used the developed training package on the topic of Online Social Media had progressed successfully at the statistical significance of 0.05 level and (4) The opinion of the teachers towards the quality of the developed training package on the topic of Online Social Media was at the high level of satisfaction.
