บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1) ศึกษาความสามารถในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันของผ้สูงอายุ และ 2)ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันของผู้สูงอายุในตำบลห้วยขวาง อำเภอกำแพงแสน จังหวัดนครปฐม เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสหสัมพันธ์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากตัวแทนผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 260 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันของผู้สูงอายุโดยรวมสามารถปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันด้วยตนเองได้ทั้งหมด ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันของผู้สูงอายุ พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบ 4 ปัจจัย ดังนี้ อายุมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบในระดับต่ำกับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันของผู้สูงอายุอย่างมีนัยสัมคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ระยะเวลาในการเจ็บป่วยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบในระดับตำกับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันของผู้สูงอายุอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 สถานภาพสมรส มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบในระดับต่ำมากกับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันของผู้สูงอายุอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โรคประจำตัวมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบในระดับต่ำมากกับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันของผูสูงอายุ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก 2 ปัจจัย ดังนี้ รายได้มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำมากกับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันของผู้สูงอายุอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนปัจจัยการสนับสนุนทางสังคมโดยรวมมีความสัพันธ์ทางบวกในะดับปานกลางกับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันของผู้สูงอายุอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstract

This study aimed 1) to examinee the ability to perform dialy activities and 2) to identify the related factors among elderly in Tambon Huaykwang, Amphoe Kampaeng Saen, Changwat Nakhon Pathom. It is a correlative study which collected data through a questionnaire from 260 elderly samples. Statistica analysis isdone in terms of percent, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis.

It revealed as follows: the overall of the elderly ability to perform daily activities is that they are able to perform all activities by themselves. As for the related factors, there were 4 factors negatively correlated found as follows: their ages significantly at the statistical level of significance of 0.01 and negatively correlated with the abilities at the low level; their lengths of illness significantly at the statistical level of significance of 0.01 and negatively correlated with the abilities at the low level; their marital statuses significantly at the statistical level of significance of 0.05 and negatively correlated with the abilities at the lowest level and their personnal chronic diseases significantly at the statistical level of significance of 0.05 and negatively correlated with the abilities at the lowest level. On the other hand there were 2 factors positively correlated found as follows: their revenues significantly at the statistical level of significance of 0.01 and positively correlated with abilities at the lowest level and the overall factor of social supports significantly at the statistical level of significance of 0.01 and positively correlated with the abilities at the moderate level.
