บทคัดย่อ

                  การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) ปัจจัยประสิทธิภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษา ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 2) ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยประสิทธิภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษากับการเป็นโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 3) ยืนยันรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยประสิทธิภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษากับการเป็นโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย4 ขั้นตอน 1) การกำหนดตัวแปรที่เกี่ยวข้องในการวิจัย 2) การสร้างและพัฒนาเครื่องมือวิจัย 3) การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และ 4) ยืนยันรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ระดับมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน76โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้บริหาร รองผู้บริหารฝ่ายวิชาการ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และครู จำนวน248คน การพิจารณายืนยันรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยประสิทธิภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษากับการเป็นโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ใช้รูปแบบการอ้างอิงผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ(Connoisseurship)เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง (Semi-structured interview) แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaires) และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น (Opinionnaire) เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 10 พฤศจิกายน 2556 - วันที่ 20 มกราคม 2557สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าความถี่(Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ(Percentage) ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ค่าความแปรปรวน (Variance) การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัย (Factor Analysis) การวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน (Stepwise multiple regression analysis) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content analysis)   
         ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
        1. ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษา ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือมี 5 ปัจจัย คือ 1) การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร 2) การจัดการเรียนการสอนอย่างเป็นระบบ 3) ระบบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ 4) การเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ และ 5) ผู้บริหารมีวิสัยทัศน์
        2. การเป็นโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือมี 4 ปัจจัย คือ 1) ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา 2) ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ 3) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ และ4) ด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน และความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยประสิทธิภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษากับการเป็นโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ เป็นรูปแบบที่ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยด้านประสิทธิภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษา 5 ปัจจัย เป็นตัวแปรต้น คือ 1) การจัดการเรียนการสอนอย่างเป็นระบบ 2) ระบบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ 3) การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร 4) การเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ และ 5) ผู้บริหารมีวิสัยทัศน์ ซึ่งจะส่งผลต่อการเป็นโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ในภาพรวมตามลำดับ
         3. ยืนยันรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยประสิทธิภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษากับการเป็นโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความเห็นว่าเป็นรูปแบบความเหมาะสม ถูกต้อง เป็นไปได้ และครอบคลุมสอดคล้องกับกรอบแนวคิดเชิงทฤษฎีของการวิจัย

Abstract

                  The purposes of this research were to determine : 1) The factor efficiency of school administration of secondary schools in the northeastern region 2) Relationship of the factor efficiency of school administration to the world class standard school of secondary schools in the northeastern region 3) Confirm the model relationship of the factor efficiency of school administration to the world class standard school of secondary schools in the northeastern region.The research procedures consisted of 4 steps as follow : 1) Variables involved in the research 2) Creating and developing research tools 3) Data collection and data analysis and 4) Confirmed the model relationship.The samples is world class standard school of secondary schools of 76 schools, the respondents were school directors, assistant school diractors, school committee on basic education and teachers, totally 248 persons.The consideration confirmed the model relationship of the factor efficiency of school administration to the world class standard school of secondary schools in the northeastern region was used by the connoisseurship.The research instruments were document analysis, semi-structured interview, questionnaires and opinionnaire. Data was collected between November 10,2013-January 20,2014. The statistics in analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, mean ( ),standard deviation (S.D.), variance, factor analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis and content analysis.

                  The research findings revealed that :

                  1. The factor efficiency of school administration of secondary schools in the northeastern region includes 5 factor which were the personal development, the teaching system, managament system focused academic achievment, learning organization and vision of administrator.

                  2. The factor of world class standard school of secondary schools in the northeastern region includes 4 factor which were the curriculum development, learning menagament, managament and learners quality. And relationship of the factor efficiency of school administration to the world class standard school of secondary schools in the northeastern region is the factor efficiency of school administration of secondary schools in the northeastern region includes 5 factor which were the teaching system, managament system focused academic achievment, personal development, learning organization and vision of administrator. And effect to the world class standard school of secondary schools in the northeastern region.

                     3. Confirm the model of relationship the factor efficiency of school administration to the world class standard school of secondary schools in the northeastern region was used by the connoisseurship which was found appropriate, accurate, possible useful and accordance with the research conceptual frameworks.
