การบูรณาการความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา THE INTEGRATION OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS UNDER

บทคัดย่อ

                        การวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ (Mixed Methodology) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย (1) เพื่อทราบองค์ประกอบความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (2)เพื่อทราบแนวทางการบูรณาการความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (3) เพื่อทราบผลการยืนยันแนวทางการบูรณาการความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ขั้นตอนการดำเนินการวิจัยมี 2 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การนำเสนอแนวทางการบูรณาการความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการวิจัย คือ(1)แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร/เนื้อหา (2) แบบสอบถามชนิดจัดลำดับคุณภาพ และ (3)แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเพื่อยืนยันรูปแบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างสำหรับการวิจัย คือ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวนรวม 331 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนผู้รับผิดชอบงานกิจการนักเรียน ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวข้องกับกิจการนักเรียน และประธานคณะกรรมการนักเรียน สถิติวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency)ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean)ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และสถิติวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงการยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis)ผลการวิจัยพบว่าองค์ประกอบความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา
สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ(1) ธรรมาภิบาล(Organizational Governance)  (2)  สิทธิมนุษยชน (Human Rights)  (3)  การปฏิบัติด้านแรงงาน (Labour Practices) (4) สิ่งแวดล้อม (Environment)  (5) การปฏิบัติที่เป็นธรรม (Fair Operation Practices) (6) ประเด็นด้านผู้บริโภค (Consumer Issues) (7) การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนและการพัฒนาชุมชน (Community Involvementand Development)โดยเป็นพหุองค์ประกอบที่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน

                  แนวทางการบูรณาการความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ตามขอบข่ายการบริหารโรงเรียน
4 ด้าน คือการบริหารงานวิชาการ การบริหารงานงบประมาณ การบริหารงานบุคคลและการบริหารงานทั่วไป เป็นพหุวิธีการที่มีความเหมาะสม มีความเป็นไปได้ มีความเป็นประโยชน์ และมีความถูกต้องครอบคลุมสอดคล้องกับทฤษฎี หลักการ แนวคิดตามกรอบการวิจัย

Abstract

      This research design used both of quantitative and qualitative methodology.
The purposes of this study were to (1) identify the components of social responsibility of secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the office of basic education commission,
(2) understand the ways to integrate the social responsibility in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the office of basic education commission, and (3) aware the results of the confirmatory of the ways to integrate the social responsibility in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the office of basic education commission. This investigation comprised two processes as follow; firstly, analytical study to set the components of social responsibility in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the office of basic education commission, secondly, presenting the ways to integrate the social responsibility in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the office of basic education commission.
The three instruments employed for data collection were (1) a content analysis,
(2) a questionnaire, and (3) an opinionnaire. The representative samples are 331 secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the office of basic education commission.
The respondents were school assistant directors, teachers who work for the student affairs and the president of students. The statistics that used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, and confirmatory factor analysis. The research results revealed that:

1. The components of social responsibility in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the office of basic education commission consisted of seven components which are (1) organizational governance, (2) human rights, (3) labour practices,
   (4) environment, (5) fair operation practices, (6) consumer issues, (7) community involvement and development that were multi-variables relation.
2. The integrated method in being social responsibility of the secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the office of basic education commission, following the four sides
   of administration framework, are (1) academic administration, (2) personnel administration,
   (3) budget administration and (4) general administration. These design methods are the
   multi ways, which are well suitably, possible, useful, as well as covering and harmonising with the principle, theories, and the concept of research methodology.
