กระบวนการสืบสวนและการตีความทางประวัติศาสตร์ : การเรียนรู้ด้วยวิธีปฏิบัติ การประวัติศาสตร์ (Process of Historical Inquiry and Interpretation: Learning through Doing History)

Abstract

               ประวัติศาสตร์ เป็นการศึกษาที่เน้นการสืบสวนและตีความจากร่องรอยข้อมูลหลักฐานประวัติศาสตร์ต่าง ๆ และมีวิธีการสืบค้นอย่างเป็นระบบเพื่ออธิบายเหตุการณ์เรื่องราวในอดีตของสังคมมนุษย์โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายหนึ่งเพื่อพัฒนาความเข้าใจและทักษะในการสืบสวนทางประวัติศาสตร์ ซึ่งเป็นพื้นฐานสำหรับความเข้าใจในตนเอง ความเข้าใจในอัตลักษณ์ สังคม และโลกเพื่อที่จะคิดและสร้างสรรค์สังคมในอนาคตได้ ดังนั้นในการจัดการเรียนการสอนควรแนะนำให้ผู้เรียนได้เรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติที่เน้นกระบวนการสืบสวนทางประวัติศาสตร์ (Historical Inquiry) ซึ่งเป็นกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่มีเหตุผลและวางอยู่บนพื้นฐานของข้อเท็จจริงจากข้อมูลหลักฐานชั้นต้นและชั้นรอง เพื่อผู้เรียนได้ทราบถึงกระบวนการเรียนรู้และเนื้อหาความรู้ประวัติศาสตร์ และเป็นการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่ตอบสนองเป้าหมายของสาขาวิชาที่ควรทำให้เกิดขึ้นแก่ผู้เรียนตั้งแต่ต้นในทุกระดับการศึกษา ทั้งยังสอดคล้องกับความคาดหวังของการจัดการศึกษาตามพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญให้ได้เรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติจนเกิดความรู้ได้ด้วยตนเองและสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการเรียนรู้ของหลักสูตรในกลุ่มสาระสังคมศึกษา ฯ ด้วย

                 History is a study by focusing on historical inquiry and interpretation and on a systematic investigation to explain the past events of human society, in order to develop skills and understanding in historical inquiry which is basically for self-understanding and understanding of identity, society and world to think and create a future society. To serve those objectives, history instruction should suggest learners focus on learning by doing with historical inquiry which is the learning process based on reasons and primary and secondary facts for knowing process and historical content knowledge. The instructional process of historical inquiry is to enhance learners. The learning process and knowledge of history. It is the instruction related to historical purposes for all levels of learners. Moreover, the instruction of historical inquiry corresponds to the expectation of the National Education Act. Emphasizing the learning process doing. The instruction corresponds to the learning standards in the social studies curriculum.
