Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) compare to the pretest-posttest of the study using the Historical Method and Electronic bock of Ancient Thailand state 2) study Matthayomsuksa 4 students abilities in Enhance Historical Concepts 3) to study the students' I opinions toward taught by using the Historical Method and Electronic Book of Ancient Thailand state. The sample consisted of 42 Matthayomsuksa 4 students of Satree Wat Absornsawan school Bangkok. Conducting research were; 1) assume of historical 2) research and gather evidence 3) analyze and evaluate the value 4) interpret evidence and synthesize data 5) present data in concept map.


The instruments used in the study were 1) lesson plan 2) Electronic Book of Ancient Thailand state 3) electronic book rubrics 4) an questionnaire test on Ancient Thailand state and 5) a questionnaire for opinions of student towards using the historical method and electronic book of Ancient Thailand state. The data were analyzed using mean ( ), standard deviation (S.D.), Developmental testing and t-test for dependent


The research findings found that:


  1. The learning achievement of Ancient Thailand state after learning by Historical Method and Electronic book were higher than the achievement after of students before learning at the level of .05 significance.

2) The abilities in Enhance Historical Concepts of the Matthayomsuksa 4 students taught by Historical Method and Electronic book were at a high level overall. ( = 3.01, S.D. = 1.99)


3) The opinions of Matthayomsuksa 4 students towards teaching by Historical Method and Electronic book of Ancient Thailand. state were at a high level overall. ( = 4.48, S.D. = 0.54)
