แรงจูงใจในการลดแก้วน้ำพลาสติกด้วยแนวคิดแก้วน้ำส่วนตัวแลกส่วนลดเครื่องดื่ม กรณีศึกษา นักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร (Motivation to Reduce Plastic Glass with the Concept of Personal Glass Exchange Drinks Discounts A Case Study of Faculty of Management Science, Silpakorn University)

Abstract

             การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแรงจูงใจของนักศึกษาในการลดแก้วน้ำพลาสติกด้วยแนวคิดแก้วน้ำส่วนตัวแลกส่วนลดเครื่องดื่ม และศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของนักศึกษาในการใช้แก้วน้ำส่วนตัวแลกส่วนลดเครื่องดื่ม ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามนักศึกษา คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากรชั้นปีที่ 4 ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคการศึกษาต้น ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 253 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และนำเสนอในรูปแบบตารางและการพรรณนาความ


            ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 69.96 ศึกษาในสาขาการตลาด ร้อยละ 22.13 มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 5,001-6,000 บาท/เดือน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 30.43 เคยรับข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม ร้อยละ 58.89 ไม่เคยเข้าร่วมโครงการ/กิจกรรม/อบรมเกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม ร้อยละ 66.01 ไม่เคยนำแก้วส่วนตัวมาแลกส่วนลดเครื่องดื่ม 2 บาทตามนโยบายวิทยาเขตฯ ร้อยละ 60.08 เพราะเห็นว่าไม่สะดวกในการพกพา ร้อยละ 41.12 ส่วนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เคยนำแก้วส่วนตัวมาแลกส่วนลดเครื่องดื่ม 2 บาท มีเพียงร้อยละ 39.92 โดยให้เหตุผลว่าต้องการช่วยลดขยะพลาสติก ร้อยละ 20.95 และมีความเห็นว่าราคาส่วนลดเครื่องดื่ม 2 บาท มีความเหมาะสมดี ร้อยละ 68.77 พฤติกรรมการซื้อเครื่องดื่ม ส่วนใหญ่น้อยกว่า 3 ครั้ง/สัปดาห์ ร้อยละ 44.27 เมื่อศึกษาแรงจูงใจการนำแก้วน้ำส่วนตัวแลกส่วนลดเครื่องดื่ม พบว่า แรงจูงใจด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.34 รองลงมาคือแรงจูงใจด้านสังคมและด้านเศรษฐกิจ อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.12 และเท่ากับ 3.83 ตามลำดับ จากการศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคจะเห็นได้ว่านักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่าการนำแก้วน้ำส่วนตัวมาใช้ ไม่สะดวกในการพกพา และกลุ่มเพื่อนก็ไม่ใช้ จึงซื้อเครื่องดื่มบรรจุแก้วพลาสติกที่ใช้แล้วทิ้ง อีกทั้งเห็นว่าส่วนลด 2 บาท แม้ว่าจะเหมาะสมดีแต่ก็ไม่สร้างแรงจูงใจเท่าที่ควร แต่หากเพิ่มส่วนลด ก็อาจจะนำแก้วน้ำส่วนตัวมาใช้ซื้อเครื่องดื่ม


 


              The purposes of this survey research were to study undergraduates’ motivation to reduce plastic glass with the concept of personal glass exchange drinks as well as problems and obstacles occurred from conducting this study via data collection with questionnaires distributed among 253 senior undergraduates of Faculty of Management Science, Silpakorn University, Class of 2018. Data was analyzed by using statistical methods of Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation and outcomes presented in the form of Table and descriptive explanation. 


               The findings from studying demographic data of questionnaire respondents reveal that majority or 69.96% were females, and 22.13% majored Marketing , having 30.43% earned average income of 5,001-6,000 baht/month, whereas 58.89% used to receive new on environmental conservation, but 66.01% never participated in the project/activities/training on environmental conservation. There were 60.8% of respondents who had never brought personal glass exchange drinks two bahts as promoted by the campus policy and 41.12% thought of inconvenience to carry along. And only 39.92% of respondents used personal glass for discount , having 20.95% stated reason for the need to reduce plastic waste, whereas 68.77% agreed with price reduction 2 baht and majorities of respondents or 44.27% had the habit of buying drinks less than 3 days per week.


            The findings suggest environmental motivation ranked the highest, with the Mean of   4.34 followed by social and economic levels ranked high, having the Mean  4.12 and 3.83, respectively. Moreover, majorities of undergraduates agreed with inconvenience when brought along the personal glass for useand none of their friends used them. It is more convenience to buy the drinks in disposal plastic cup. In addition, most undergraduates commented that the discount 2 baht even reasonable, it is not sufficient to appeal to buyers. Therefore, with increasing amount of discount, they may bring along personal cup when buying drinks.
