แนวทางการออกแบบร้านค้าปลอดภาษีคิงเพาเวอร์ภายในสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพปัจจุบันของร้านค้าปลอดภาษีคิงเพาเวอร์และพฤติกรรมการของผู้เข้ามาใช้บริการร้านค้าปลอดภาษีคิงเพาเวอร์ภายในสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการออกแบบร้านค้าปลอดภาษีที่เหมาะสมกับสภาพแวดล้อมของสนามบิน และพฤติกรรมการใช้งานของผู้ใช้บริโภค อันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อนักออกแบบ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการนำไปใช้ปรับปรุงและแก้ไขให้เหมาะสมต่อไป

            การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการศึกษาหลักการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมภายใน ทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับร้านค้าปลีกและพฤติกรรมการใช้งานของผู้บริโภค รวมถึงผู้ให้บริการ นำมาวิเคราะห์และสร้างรูปภาพจำลองเพื่อเสนอเป็นแนวทางการออกแบบและการจัดองค์ประกอบต่างๆที่เหมาะสมต่อสภาพแวดล้อม และสนองพฤติกรรมการใช้งานของผู้บริโภคที่เข้ามาใช้บริการร้านค้าปลอดภาษีภายในสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิภายใต้ข้อเงื่อนไขและข้อบังคับของสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและรูปภาพจำลอง ทำการสำรวจกับกลุ่มประชากรโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยไม่ใช้หลักความน่าจะเป็น จำนวน 200 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณลักษณะ (Qualitative Data Analysis) ร่วมกับวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Data Analysis) ในรูปแบบการคำนวนสถิติพื้นฐานด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากายภาพปัจจุบันของร้านค้าปลอดภาษีภายในสนามบินสุวรรณภูมินั้น ควรออกแบบให้หน้าร้าน มีความสูงอยู่ที่ระดับ 3.00-3.40 เมตร ทางสัญจรภายในร้านควรมีพื้นที่ประมาณ 40-50% ของพื้นที่ทั้งหมด และระยะช่องทางสัญจรภายในร้านควรมีความกว้างไม่ต่ำกว่า 90 เซนติเมตร ความสูงของเฟอร์นิเจอร์ลอยตัว หรือชั้นวางสินค้าลอยตัวไม่ควรสูงเกิน 135 เซนติเมตร ความสูงของชั้นวางของติดผนังควรสูงระหว่าง 2.40-2.60 เมตร และแต่ละชั้นควรห่างกัน 35-40 เซนติเมตรและปรับระดับได้และมีไฟส่องสว่างภายในชั้นวางสินค้าให้ทั่วถึง เหนือชั้นวางสินค้าติดผนังควรมีป้ายบอกชนิดสินค้า ความสูงระหว่าง 40-60 เซนติเมตร และมีไฟส่องสว่าง ภายในร้านจะต้องมีระบบดับเพลิงและระบบจับสัญญาณควันไฟ โทนสีภายในร้านควรแยกตามประเภทสินค้าที่ขาย แต่ต้องมีความทันสมัยและเหมาะสมกับสภาพแวดล้อมภายในสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ ได้แก่โทนสีสว่าง เช่นสีขาว,สีฟ้า,สีน้ำตาลอ่อน

ABSTRACT
            This research aims to study the physical environment of the King Power duty-free shops and behavior of people who use the service in the King Power duty-free shops at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The design guidelines for the duty free shops at the airport to the environment. And usage behavior of the consumer. It will be useful to designers and agencies involved in the adoption of improved and modified to suit for the next.
            This study focuses on the interior architecture. Theory on retail and consumer usage behavior. The service providers to analyze and recreate the model to guide for the design and composition to suit the environment. And the usage behavior of consumers who use the services at duty free shops in the airport under the terms and provisions of the Suvarnabhumi airport. This study was survey research by questionnaires and modeling pictures Surveyed the population by sampling without using a probability of 200 people to analyze the data. The Study was qualitative data analysis with quantitative analysis in the calculation of basic statistics and programs. The results showed that present the duty-free shops in the Suvarnabhumi airport that should be designed to store 3:00-3:40 meters in height at the way of the shop should be approximately 30-50% of the total area. And channel traffic within the store should have a width of not less than 90 centimeters in height of furniture. Or The floating shelves should not exceed 135 cm in height.
