การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการบริหารจัดการองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ 

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการบริหารจัดการองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการบริหารจัดการขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตการปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี ที่มีอายุ 18 ปี ขึ้นไป จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว  

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1.     การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการบริหารจัดการองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี  โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในอันดับสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ รองลงมาคือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมรับผลประโยชน์ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติการ และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล  ตามลำดับ

2.     การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการบริหารจัดการขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี ที่มีเพศและอาชีพแตกต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารจัดการไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนประชาชนที่มีอายุและรายได้ต่อเดือนแตกต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารจัดการแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

Abstract

The propose of this research; 1) to study about the contributory of people participation in management of subdistrict administration organization in Phetchaburi Province. 2) to compare the contributory of people participation in management of subdistrict administration organization in Phetchaburi Province. It's classify by personal factor. The representation sample is people who live in subdistrict administration organization of Phetchaburi Province who higher than 18 years old 400 persons. The instrument is questionnaire, statistic in research, frequency, percentage, analysis and variance. Education measurement is

The research results were as follows:

1.   The contributory of people with subdistrict administration organization is moderately. If consider in each part, the part that high percentage is the contributory to determine. Next, the joining of benefit, the joining of operation and the part of evaluation, respectively.

2.   The contributory of people with subdistrict administration organization management in Phetchaburi there are different sex and occupation but the contributory not different. The people who have each age and net income is different contributory with management. It's really important to the statistic in level 0.01.
