ทักษะทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

             การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ1) องค์ประกอบทักษะทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของผู้บริหารในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน  2) องค์ประกอบของการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน  3) ทักษะทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน  กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 7,096 โรงเรียนผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 104 โรงเรียนโดยตารางประมาณขนาดของ   Taro  Yamane   ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในแต่ละโรงเรียนได้แก่ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ครูกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ หัวหน้าสาระการเรียนรู้อื่น  ครูสาระการเรียนรู้อื่น  โรงเรียนละ 4 คนรวมทั้งสิ้น 416 คน  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับทักษะทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันและการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบหลายขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบทักษะทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของผู้บริหาร ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ ทักษะการสังเกต ทักษะการวัด ทักษะการจำแนกประเภท การหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสเปสกับสเปสและสเปสกับเวลา  การใช้ตัวเลขหรือการคำนวณ  ทักษะการทำนายหรือการพยากรณ์และทักษะการตั้งสมมติฐาน 

           2) องค์ประกอบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ ด้านการสื่อสารภายในองค์กร ด้านบรรยากาศภายในองค์กร ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ร่วมงาน ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารและด้านการมีส่วนร่วมโดยวิธีวิจัยและพัฒนา

           3) ทักษะทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมโดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อยรวม 4 ทักษะ ได้แก่  ทักษะการตั้งสมมติฐาน  ทักษะการสังเกต  ทักษะการวัด ทักษะการหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสเปสกับสเปสและสเปสกับเวลา

Abstract

 The purposes of this research were to study 1) the components of administrators’ scientific skills  2) the components of  administrators’ participatory management  under the jurisdiction of office of  basic education commission and 3) the effects of administrators’ scientific skills  to the  participatory management. The population were 7,096 schools under the jurisdiction of office of  basic education commission and the samples size is determined from published table proposed by Taro Yamane and we got the 104 random sample schools.  The data were collected from 4 respondents in each school including head of teacher and teacher in substance science learning group and head of teacher and  teacher in other substance learning group so there were 416 respondents in total. The research instrument was the questionnaire conceptual constructed to survey the respondent’s opinion about  administrators’ scientific skills  and participatory management. The statistical analysis were frequencies, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation, confirmatory and exploratory factor analyses and stepwise regression.

            The results of this research were found that

1) there were 7 components of  administrators’ scientific skills including observation, measurement, classification, the relation between space and space and between space and times,  number using or calculation,  prediction and hypothesis setting

2) there were 7 descended important components of administrators’ participatory management  including decision participation,  organization communication, organization environment teamwork, employee participation, administrator participation and participation by research and development, respectively

3) the administrators’ scientific skills effecting the participatory  management were hypothesis setting, observation, measurement and the relation between space and space and between space and times, respectively.
