บทคัดย่อ

               การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากระบวนการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ของอุตสาหกรรมผนังคอนกรีตมวลเบา 2) ศึกษาต้นทุนในการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ของอุตสาหกรรมผนังคอนกรีตมวลเบา 3) ศึกษาการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับระบบโลจิสติกส์ของอุตสาหกรรมผนังคอนกรีตมวลเบา กรณีศึกษา บริษัท ไซมีส อีโคไลท์ จำกัด การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนและความถูกต้องของข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา สรุปผลการศึกษาและนำเสนอผลการศึกษาในรูปแบบการพรรณนาความ

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กระบวนการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ ทั้ง 14 กิจกรรมพบว่า  กิจกรรมที่มีประสิทธิภาพการทำงานต่ำและใช้เวลาในการทำงานมากกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ได้แก่ กิจกรรมรับคำสั่งซื้อ  จัดซื้อ  บริหารคลังสินค้าและบริการลูกค้า โดยส่งผลกระทบต่อระบบการทำงานทั้งระบบ ทำให้ไม่สามารถส่งมอบสินค้าให้กับลูกค้าได้ภายในเวลาที่กำหนด  2) ต้นทุนในการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ทางบริษัทจะให้ความสำคัญในส่วนงานการพัฒนาในด้านการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในระบบโลจิสติกส์ เช่นการนำชอฟแวร์การการจัดซื้อ การควบคุมสินค้าคลังสินค้า และระบบขนส่ง ซึ่งต้นทุนในการขนส่งจะสูงกว่ามาตรฐาน  บริษัทต้องเลือกพาหนะให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณ 3) การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในบริษัท มีการวางแผนการพัฒนาให้ไปในทิศทางเดียวกันกับกลยุทธ์และทิศทางของธุรกิจ การดำเนินโครงการพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยี   ผู้บริหารต้องสนับสนุนทรัพยากรทั้งงบประมาณและบุคลากร ตลอดจนต้องมีการสื่อสารและบริหารความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดจากการใช้ระบบแก่ทุกหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

               จากผลการศึกษานี้ผู้วิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายให้ผู้บริหารของอุตสาหกรรมผนังคอนกรีตมวลเบาที่ควรให้ความสำคัญเกี่ยวกับการจัดการโลจิสติกส์  ด้านการพยากรณ์  ด้านการคำสั่งของลูกค้า ด้านการจัดซื้อ และด้านการบริหารคลังสินค้า โดยธุรกิจควรมุ่งเน้นกระบวนการวางแผน การปฏิบัติการและการควบคุม การเคลื่อนย้ายและการจัดเก็บสินค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล รวมถึงการให้บริการและสารสนเทศที่ทันสมัยเข้ามาใช้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตั้งแต่จุดกำเนิดจนถึงจุดการบริโภคสินค้า เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า

Abstract

               The objectives of this study aimed to 1) study the processing management of logistics, industrial concrete aerated 2) study to the cost of managing logistics  industrial concrete  aerated 3) study the application of information  technology for system's logistics industry aerated concrete,  case study of Siamese ecolite Company Limited data collected by in-depth interviews and bring  the data were checked for completeness  and accuracy of the data three pole, content analysis.  The conclusion study and  to present by describes the patterns.

               From results of this research trial have suggested a policy for the management of the aerated concrete industry should focus on managing  logistics, forecasting, the client order.   Procurement  and warehouse management.  Businesses should focus on the planning process  operations and control Moving and storage more efficiently and effectively. Including the provision of services and the use of modern information involved from point of origin to point of consumption. For the purpose of responding to customer needs.
