การออกแบบระบบการจัดเก็บและสืบค้นแฟ้มข้อมูลแบบก่อสร้างภูมิสถาปัตยกรรรม

บทคัดย่อ

            ยุคของข่าวสารข้อมูลในปัจจุบันนี้ การบันทึกและจัดเก็บข้อมูลในคอมพิวเตอร์นั้น  ถือเป็นสิ่งสำคัญอย่างยิ่งสำหรับบริษัทออกแบบ  โดยเฉพาะการจัดระบบบริหารจัดการข้อมูล  ที่จะต้องมีเครื่องมือช่วยในการสร้างระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลให้มีประสิทธิภาพ  ส่งผลต่อเนื่องถึงระบบการสืบค้นในภายหลังให้การดำเนินการค้นหาข้อมูลแบบก่อสร้างงานภูมิสถาปัตยกรรมนั้นเป็นไปด้วยดี

           สำหรับบริษัทออกแบบภูมิสถาปัตยกรรมในประเทศไทย ก็เป็นผู้ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยในการเขียนแบบก่อสร้าง   ซึ่งเมื่อเวลาดำเนินงานผ่านไปเป็นเวลาหลายปีข้อมูลแบบก่อสร้างจะมากขึ้น  หากขาดระบบในการจัดเก็บจะทำให้เกิดปัญหาในการสืบค้นส่งผลให้เกิดความล่าช้าในการดำเนินงาน  จึงมีการศึกษาพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อให้สามารถนำแบบก่อสร้างกลับมาใช้ได้เร็วขึ้น  การสร้างระบบจัดเก็บที่ดีมีมาตรฐานเดียวกันทำให้การดำเนินงานในบริษัทออกแบบภูมิสถาปัตยกรรมมีมาตรฐาน เกิดประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน ซึ่งผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า ได้เครื่องมือที่ช่วยจัดระบบการจัดเก็บแบบก่อสร้างงานภูมิสถาปัตยกรรม  โดยการนำมาตรฐานสากลของ UDS สร้างระบบการตั้งชื่อแบบก่อสร้าง ซึ่งจะมีการประยุกต์ให้เข้ากับพฤติกรรมการทำงานเขียนแบบก่อสร้างของบริษัทออกแบบภูมิสถาปัตยกรรม ได้เครื่องมือช่วยในการสืบค้นข้อมูลแบบที่ได้สร้างระบบฐานข้อมูลไว้แล้ว ให้เกิดความรวดเร็วในการดำเนินงาน ความถูกต้องแม่นยำของเนื้อหาข้อมูลที่ต้องการ รวมถึงได้เครื่องมือที่ช่วยการติดตามความก้าวหน้าของงานเขียนแบบก่อสร้าง ตรวจสอบการเข้าถึงข้อมูลแบบก่อสร้างได้ เพื่อสร้างความปลอดภัยให้กับข้อมูลต่อไป

Abstract

            In the era of information nowadays, recording and storing the data on the computer is very important for the design firms in particular, the data management system which requires the tools helping in creating an effective storage system. This continuously affects the subsequent search system after search operation of the landscape architecture construction to be well conducted.

               The landscape architecture design company in Thailand uses the computer program to assist in the construction drawings. When the operating time passed over a period of several years, the number of construction blueprints would be greater. If there is a lack of storage system, it will cause problems in searching information and this will result in an operation delay. Therefore, there is a study to develop a database system which enables the faster restoration of the construction blueprints in use. Creating a storage system that has the same standards as that of the operation of the landscape architecture design causes an effective work. The results of this study showed that a tool that supports the storage system landscape architectural construction by the use of international standards of UDS creates the naming system of construction blueprints which will be applied according to the behavior of the working drawings for the construction of a landscape architecture design firm. The tool helping in search of database already created leads to the higher speed of work operation, the accuracy of the content as well as accurate data of the required information including tools helping for tracking of the progress of the construction works which can be traced for the safety of the data.
