Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) การบริหารจัดการศึกษาของวัดพระปฐมเจดีย์ราชวร มหาวิหารในสมัยที่พระธรรมปริยัติเวที(สุเทพ ผุสฺสธมฺโม) เป็นเจ้าอาวาส 2) รูปแบบ/แนวทางการบริหารจัดการศึกษาของวัดพระปฐมเจดีย์ราชวรมหาวิหารในสมัยที่ พระธรรมปริยัติเวที(สุเทพ ผุสฺสธมฺโม) เป็นเจ้าอาวาส   การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ที่รวบรวมข้อมูลในลักษณะพหุวิธี และ3)รูปแบบ/แนวทางการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการศึกษาของ พระธรรมปริยัติเวที (สุเทพ ผุสฺสธมฺโม) ในฐานะเจ้าคณะภาค 15   ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยพระธรรมปริยัติเวที (สุเทพ ผุสฺสธมฺโม) ซึ่งเป็นบุคลากรหลักสำคัญ รวมทั้งผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการศึกษาของวัดพระปฐมเจดีย์ราชวรมหาวิหารและ ในฐานะเจ้าคณะภาค 15  ข้อมูลที่ได้ผ่านกระบวนการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1.การบริหารจัดการศึกษาของวัดพระปฐมเจดีย์ราชวรมหาวิหาร  ประกอบด้วย การจัดการศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกธรรมและบาลี   จัดการเรียนการสอนนักธรรมชั้น  “นวกภูมิ”  จัดการศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์  ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กก่อนเกณฑ์ และ ด้านการศึกษาสงเคราะห์   

2.รูปแบบ/แนวทางการบริหารจัดการศึกษาของวัดพระปฐมเจดีย์ราชวรมหาวิหารในสมัยที่ พระธรรมปริยัติเวที(สุเทพ ผุสฺสธมฺโม) เป็นเจ้าอาวาส  ประกอบด้วย รูปแบบ/แนวทาง ในด้านต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ มีภาวะผู้นำ มีความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้ง การสร้างทีมงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพ สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้ปฏิบัติงาน  มีความสามารถในเชิงพัฒนานวัตกรรม และการปรับตัว ต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง   มีการสื่อสารที่ดี คำนึงถึงการมีส่วนร่วม ของผู้ร่วมงาน จัดบรรยากาศที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม นำแนวทางในการครองตน ครองคน  และครองงาน บูรณาการหลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนามาประยุกต์ใช้ 

3.รูปแบบ/แนวทางการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการศึกษาของ พระธรรมปริยัติเวที(สุเทพ ผุสฺสธมฺโม) ในฐานะเจ้าคณะภาค 15  ประกอบด้วย การให้ทุน การให้ธรรม การสร้างคน สร้างอาคาร สร้างอุปกรณ์การศึกษา และคุณูประการที่เป็นผลมาจากการบริหารจัดการศึกษาของท่าน  พบว่า ท่านเป็นพระเถราจารย์ที่เป็นปูชนียสงฆ์ แห่งคณะสงฆ์  มีคุณูประการ เป็นแบบอย่างแห่งความดีงาม ความกตัญญูกตเวที และได้อุทิศชีวิตตนเพื่อชาติ ศาสนา พระมหากษัตริย์  ด้วยความขยัน  ซื่อสัตย์  อดทน  และเสียสละอย่างแท้จริง  ทั้งต่อสถาบันสงฆ์และสถาบันการศึกษาต่าง ๆ

Abstract

            The purposes of this  research  were to knows :   1) The educational administration  of  Wat Phra Pathom Chedi Rachavoramahaviharn  in the period of Abbot Phrathumpariyatvetee (Suthep phussathummo)  2) model / approach  of educational administration  of  Wat Phra Pathom Chedi Rachavoramahaviharn  in the period of Abbot Phrathumpariyatvetee (Suthep phussathummo).  And 3) Model  / approach  for  support the educational administration   of  Phrathumpariyatvetee  (Suthep phussathummo) in the 15  primate.  This research  is  qualitative study Collected data in Multi-Method and  the  respondents were  Phrathumpariyatvetee (Suthep phussathummo)  which is an important key personnel and  those related to the educational administration  of  Wat Phra Pathom Chedi Rachavoramahaviharn. To tally 15 reapondents. The data were analised  by  content analysis.

The research findings were as follows :

1. The educational administration of Wat Phra Pathom Chedi Rachavoramahaviharn include education and Pali Buddhist theology department,  Teaching divine "Nawakapomi" teaching  Buddhism on Sunday, Preschool child development center and the educational welfare.

2. Model  / approach  of educational administration  of  Wat Phra Pathom Chedi  Rachavoramahaviharn in the period of Abbot Phrathumpariyatvetee (Suthep phussathummo) consisted of leadership  to resolve conflicts, Effective team building, Building a good relationship with the worker. The ability of  development innovation, adaptation to change, good communication. Regard to the involvement Of colleagues, Atmosphere conducive to learning. Having a  moral  to  approach to the rule and dominate the integrated application of the principles of Buddhism. 

3. Model  / approach  for  support the educational administration   of  Phrathumpariyatvetee  (Suthep phussathummo)  includes the primate as providing equitable funding to build a new building constructed educational materials. Create a moral  and  Contributions as a result of the management study of  Phrathumpariyatvetee    (Suthep phussathummo)  who are the ash Ecclesiastes is holy synod of the clergy with  being a good role model the wellbeing and an example of excellence gratitude and devoted his life to religious, monarchy, with diligence, honesty, patience and sacrifice, literally nation, religion and the king.
