            วิกฤตการณราคาน้ำมันลอยตัวสงผลให้บริการเสริมในสถานีบริการน้ำมันเริ่มเขามามีบทบาทในการสรางรายได หลักใหแกผูประกอบการ อีกทั้งยังสามารถดึงดูดผูใชบริการและสรางความแตกตางที่ตอบสนองตอความตองการของลูกคา เพื่อสรางกลุมเปาหมายทางการตลาดที่ชัดเจนงานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ มุงศึกษากลยุทธการตลาดของผูประกอบการที่มีตอรูปแบบทางกายภาพของบริการเสริมซึ่งสรางความแตกตางใหกับสถานี บริการน้ำมัน โดยสถานีบริการน้ำมันซึ่งบทความนี้ใหความสนใจ คือ สถานีที่ตั้งอยูบนเสนทางหลวงหมายเลข 2    ชวง อ.วังนอย จ.พระนครศรีอยุธยา ถึง อ.เมือง จ.นครราชสีมา ผูวิจัยไดศึกษาการตอบสนองรูปแบบการสรางความแตกตางของกาพภาพของบริการเสริมตอสถานะทางการตลาดของสถานีบริการน้ำมัน โดยใชขอมูลความสัมพันธระหวางผังกายภาพกับสัดสวนพื้นที่บริการเสริม และนำพฤติกรรมความนิยมของผู ใชบริการมาประเมินเพื่อชี้วัดความสำเร็จของการพัฒนาพื้นที่บริการเสริม นำไปสูแนวทางการพัฒนาทางกายภาพจากการวิเคราะหกลยุทธเพื่อสรางความแตกตางอยางเปนระบบ

Abstract

            Non-oil services in petrol stations have shown a significant role in generating high incomes to the entrepreneurs, since the Oil Crisis 2 increased the oil price. The unique characteristics of the services attract the customers and meet the right demand of the market. This research aims to study the marketing strategies and the way in which the entrepreneurs arrange the patterns of non-oil services that enhance the differentiation of petrol stations. The researcher pays attention to the stations located on the Highway no.2, from Wangnoi, Ayutthaya Province to Muang, Nakornratchasima Province. The inter-relationship between physical plan and the ratio of non-oil serviced area was studied. In addition, the behavior of customers, especially the way they used those services, was monitered and interpreted. Finally, the findings could be systematically used as guidelines for physical development of petrol stations.
