การพัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่องการสวนปัสสาวะแบบเป็นครั้งคราวผู้ป่วยเพศชาย สำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มี วัตถุประสงค์ 1)เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน  เรื่อง การสวนปัสสาวะแบบครั้งคราวผู้ป่วยเพศชาย สำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลให้มีประสิทธิภาพ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน ด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน  เรื่อง การสวนปัสสาวะแบบเป็นครั้งคราวสำหรับผู้ป่วยเพศชาย สำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ที่มีต่อการเรียนบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน  กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้  ได้แก่  นักศึกษาพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล  ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบยกชั้นเรียน  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้  ได้แก่  1) แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง  2) บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่อง การสวนปัสสาวะแบบครั้งคราวผู้ป่วยเพศชาย  3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน  เรื่อง  การสวนปัสสาวะแบบครั้งคราวผู้ป่วยเพศชาย  4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาพยาบาล  ที่มีต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน  สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล  ได้แก่  ค่าร้อยละ  ค่าเฉลี่ย  ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าสถิติทดสอบที  (t-test)  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่อง การสวนปัสสาวะแบบครั้งคราวผู้ป่วยเพศชายมีประสิทธิภาพ 80.24/92.83 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่อง การสวนปัสสาวะแบบครั้งคราวผู้ป่วยเพศชาย หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ  0.05  3) ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน  อยู่ในระดับมาก ( X = 4.47, S.D. = 0.51)    

Abstract

            The purposes of this research were :

            1) to develop Computer Assisted Instruction  on the  Instruction  Intermitent Catheterzation 2) to compare the students’ learning achievement before and after learning by using Computer Assisted Instruction lesson on the developed of Computer Assisted on the  Instruction  Intermitent Catheterzation 3) to study the students’ satisfaction  toward the Computer Assisted Instruction lesson on  The developed of Computer Assisted on the  Instruction  Intermitent Catheterzation  The sample consisted of Nursing students Mahidol  University  by using  The Student were randomly selected classroom.

            The instruments used for gathering data were:   1) Structured questionnaires for experts 2) Computer Assisted  Instruction  3) the learning achievement test  4) a questionnaire Statistical analyses is this research were: percentage (%) Mean () standard deviation  (S.D.)  and  t- test.

            The results  of the research  were  as follows :  1. The efficiency of the Computer Assisted Instruction is  80.24/92.83 2. The students’ learning achievement after using Computer Assisted Instruction lesson on The developed of Computer Assisted on the  Instruction  Intermitent Catheterzation on the 0.05    3.The students’ satisfaction on the developed Computer Assisted Instruction by the  researcher was good.  (X= 4.47, S.D. = 0.51)
