การศึกษาวิธีปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการพัฒนาสังคม ของชมรมผู้สูงอายุ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐม

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อบทบาทการร่วมกิจกรรมพัฒนาสังคมของชมรมผู้สูงอายุ  อำเภอเมือง  จังหวัดนครปฐม  2)  ศึกษาวิธีปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในการร่วมกิจกรรมการพัฒนาสังคมของชมรมผู้สูงอายุ อำเภอเมือง  จังหวัดนครปฐม ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ชมรมผู้สูงอายุในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 34 ชมรม โดยการเปิดตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซีและมอร์แกน (R.V.Krejcie and D.W. Morgan) และใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบอย่างง่าย (Simple  Random   Sampling)  โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบไปด้วย  คณะกรรมการชมรม  และสมาชิกชมรมผู้สูงอายุจังหวัดนครปฐม   รวมทั้งสิ้น 374  ทำการศึกษาในเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) จากนั้นจึงศึกษาในเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In- Dept Interview) กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ (Key-Informants)   ถึงวิธีการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในการมีส่วนร่วมของชมรมผู้สูงอายุในการพัฒนาสังคม 

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

            1.  ปัจจัยทางองค์กรในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมพัฒนาสังคมของชมรมผู้สูงอายุ  แบ่งเป็นรายด้าน  ดังนี้  ด้านภาวะผู้นำ อยู่ในระดับมาก การมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก การจูงใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง  การทำงานเป็นทีมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การติดต่อสื่อสารในองค์กรอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง  ส่วนปัจจัยการสนับสนุน โดยแบ่งเป็นรายด้านดังนี้ การสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐและเอกชนอยู่ในระดับปานกลางการสนับสนุนด้านการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง  

             2. การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ มีผลต่อบทบาทการร่วมกิจกรรมการพัฒนาสังคมของชมรมผู้สูงอายุ ซึ่งได้รับการคัดเลือกเป็นอันดับ 1 การจูงใจได้รับการคัดเลือกเป็นอันดับ 2  การติดต่อสื่อสารในองค์กรได้รับการคัดเลือกเป็นอันดับ 3 และการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนได้รับการคัดเลือกเป็นอันดับ4 สามารถร่วมกันทำนายผลต่อบทบาทการร่วมกิจกรรมการพัฒนาสังคมของชมรมผู้สูงอายุได้ร้อยละ 45.0 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05  

            3.  การศึกษาวิธีปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในการร่วมกิจกรรมการพัฒนาสังคมของชมรมผู้สูงอายุ พบว่า มีกระบวนการดำเนินงานต่างๆซึ่งได้หล่อหลอมรวมกันเป็นรูปแบบการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศมีดังนี้ 1)  ศักยภาพของผู้นำมีวิสัยทัศน์  2) โครงสร้างและการบริหารจัดการมีการแบ่งหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบชัดเจน  3) กระบวนการดำเนินกิจกรรมเป็นรูปธรรมมีประโยชน์ต่อสมาชิก 4) การเรียนรู้ของสมาชิก  5) การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิก 6) การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจทำให้สมาชิกสมัครใจในการร่วมกิจกรรม 7) ยุทธวิธีการจูงใจและสร้างขวัญกำลังใจให้กับสมาชิก  8) การเข้าร่วมเครือข่ายสภาผู้สูงอายุแห่งประเทศไทย  9) การประชาสัมพันธ์ สื่อสารข้อมูลและติดต่อประสานงาน  10) การสนับสนุนทางสังคมเพื่อการดำเนินกิจกรรมของชมรมผู้สูงอายุ    

Abstract

            The  purposes of  this  research were to:1) Determining the factors  those affect  the  activities of the Society of Senior Citizens Club, Nakhon Pathom Province.                   2) Determining  Best practice in social development activities of the Senior Citizens Club, Nakhon Pathom Province. The population of this  research  were 34  Senior Citizen Clubs in Nakhon Pathom. The samples used for the study were 374 the committees and the members of senior citizen club in Nakorn Pathom province, selected by using R.V. Krejcie and D.W. Morgan’s table and the stratified random sampling.The data was collected  during April to October 2011. The study was conducted by using both the quantitative and qualitative research approaches.

            The findings were as follows

            1.  The organizational factors in the social activities of the senior citizens can be divided in the aspects as follow; the aspect of leadership was at the high level , aspect of participation was at the high level, the aspect of motivation, team-working and communication  were  at the moderate level. On the other hands, the support factors can be divided as follow; the support from public and private sectors and empowerment support were at the moderate level.

            2.  The empowerment that affects the role of social development activities of the senior citizens has been selected as the first. In addition, the aspect of motivation has been selected as the second; the aspect of communication within the organization  has  been selected as the third; and the support of the government and private sector has been selected as the fourth. All of the selected aspects could predict the development of the social activities of the senior citizens. It was 45.0 per cent, statistically significant at the .05 level.

            3. The study of best practices in social development activities of senior citizens were found to be in the following pattern 1) the potential of visional leaders; 2) the structure and management with  a clear division of work and responsibilities;3) the concrete activity process must be beneficial to the members;4) the learning capabilities the members;  5) the participation of the members; 6) the empowerment leading the members to participate in the activity freely;  7) the strategy of motivation and morale to the members;  8) the member participation in the  Seniors  Council  of  Thailand;   9) the public relations , communication and co-ordination;  and 10) social support to the seniors’ club activities.
