ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อบทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดนครปฐม

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับบทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดนครปฐม (2) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับบทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดนครปฐม (3) ศึกษาปัจจัยเสริมที่ส่งผลต่อบทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดนครปฐม (4) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคของการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดนครปฐม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย  คือ  แบบสอบถามแบ่งออกเป็น  3 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 สถานภาพและข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ อายุ   อายุพรรษา สถานภาพในปัจจุบัน ระยะเวลาในการดำรงตำแหน่ง ระดับการศึกษาทางโลกและทางธรรม ตอนที่ 2 ปัจจัยเสริม ได้แก่ การรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่ความเชื่อมั่นในตนเองการมีส่วนร่วมชองชุมชนการสนับสนุนทางสังคมเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า ตามแบบของลิเคิร์ท และตอนที่ 3 แบบสอบถามการพัฒนาชุมชน เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าตามแบบของลิเคิร์ท 

            ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 

            1. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อบทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดนครปฐม โดยแบ่งเป็นรายด้าน ดังนี้ ด้านการรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่  ด้านความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในชุมชน ด้านการสนับสนุนทางสังคม  ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

            2. การพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดนครปฐม ปัจจัยด้านบทบาทการพัฒนาด้านการศึกษา ปัจจัยด้านบทบาทการพัฒนาด้านเศรษฐกิจ ปัจจัยด้านบทบาทการพัฒนาด้านสาธารณสุข ปัจจัยด้านบทบาทการพัฒนาสังคมและวัฒนธรรม การพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

            3. การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการ จำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคลการเปรียบเทียบบทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดนครปฐม จำแนกตามอายุ อายุพรรษา ระยะเวลาในการดำรงตำแหน่ง และวุฒิการศึกษาทางโลก บทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของ     พระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดนครปฐม ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

            4. การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดนครปฐม     ด้วยสมการถดถอยพหุคูณ ด้านการรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่ ด้านการสนับสนุนทางสังคม และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน มีประสิทธิภาพในการทำนายร่วมกันต่อบทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดนครปฐม  และมีค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานในการทำนาย

Abstract

            This research study is based on the methodology of description  research. The purpose of this study were 1) To study the role of community development of the Abbots In Nakhon Pathom. 2) To compare their personal and community development role of the Abbots. 3) to study the factors that affect the communities of the Abbots. In Nakhon Pathom 4) To study the problem. Barriers to development of the Abbots.The example used in the study. Abbots and monks in Bangkok,a buddhist monk who served as administrative assistant in the dean, vice dean or dean. By using a simple random sample. 195 peoples by temple 195. Equipments which used in the study were divided into 3 sections. By the following : 1. The status and general information of respondents, including age, years in current position. Period of tenure. Secular and spiritual education. As the survey results. 2.The factors were recognized by the role of self-confidence of the community channel integration and social support were rated scale by Likert' s. 3. The development community were estimated and based on the rating Likert' s scale. The results of this research 1.Factors,which perceived roles factor in self-confidence factors involved in the community factors and social support the overall is in level. 2. The Community Development of the Abbots, in Nakhon Pathom province such as the role of education, The role of economic development, The role of public health and the role of social and cultural development. Community Development of the Abbots : The overall is is levels. 4. Analysis of factors affecting the development of the Abbots. In Nakhon Pathom province multiple regression analysis such as recognition of the role. The social support and participation of the community. Effective role in predicting the joint communities of the Abbots in Nakhon Pathom province and has the standard prediction is error.
