การพัฒนาชุดการสอนสื่อประสมเรื่อง ปฏิกิริยาเคมี ด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้ร่วมกับเทคนิค KWLH Plus โดยใช้แนวคิดการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบกลับด้านชั้นเรียน เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการทำโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ และจิตวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่4

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพชุดการสอนสื่อประสมเรื่องปฏิกิริยาเคมี ด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้ ร่วมกับเทคนิค KWLH Plus โดยใช้แนวคิดการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบกลับด้านชั้นเรียน เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการทำโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ และจิตวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 2) ประเมินประสิทธิผลของชุดการสอนสื่อประสมดังนี้ 2.1) เปรียบเทียบผลการเรียนรู้เรื่อง ปฏิกิริยาเคมีก่อนและหลังการใช้ชุดการสอนสื่อประสม 2.2) ประเมินความสามารถในการทำโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ 2.3) ประเมินจิตวิทยาศาสตร์

            กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4/4 จำนวน 45 คน โรงเรียนศรีวิชัยวิทยา จ.นครปฐม ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ 1) ชุดการสอนสื่อประสม เรื่องปฏิกิริยาเคมี 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลการเรียนรู้เรื่อง ปฏิกิริยาเคมี 3) แบบประเมินความสามารถในการทำโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ 4) แบบสอบถามจิตวิทยาศาสตร์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย () ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การทดสอบค่า t-test แบบ Dependent และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis)

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ชุดการสอนสื่อประสม เรื่องปฏิกิริยาเคมี มีประสิทธิภาพ (E₁/E₂)เท่ากับ  80.267/82.351 2) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิผลของชุดการสอนสื่อประสมดังนี้ 2.1) ผลการเรียนรู้เรื่อง        ปฏิกิริยาเคมี ของนักเรียนหลังเรียนด้วยชุดการสอนสื่อประสม มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าผลการเรียนรู้ก่อนเรียนด้วยชุดการสอนสื่อประสมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 2.2) ความสามารถในการทำโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์หลังการใช้ชุดการสอนสื่อประสมอยู่ในระดับดี เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการกำหนดปัญหา ตั้งสมมติฐาน และระบุความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ส่วนด้านการสรุปผลมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด 2.3) จิตวิทยาศาสตร์หลังการใช้ชุดการสอนสื่อประสมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความรับผิดชอบ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ส่วนด้านความมีเหตุผล มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด

Abstract        

            The purposes of this research were 1) to develop and efficiency the multimedia instructional package on Chemical reactions by inquiry based learning and KWLH Plus with flipped classroom to development science project ability and scientific mind for tenth grade students to meet the 80/80 efficiency criteria. 2) to study the effectiveness of multimedia instruction were as follows 2.1) compare learning outcome in Chemical reactions. 2.2) to study the science project ability. 2.3) to study scientific mind.

            The samples of this study was  45 tenth grade students of Sriwichi withaya School Nakhon Pathom Province during the first semester academic year 2014. The research instruments were 1) the multimedia instructional package on Chemical reactions 2) learning outcome tests on Chemical reactions 3) performance for science project ability 4) questionnaires for scientific mind. The statistical analysis employed were percentage (%) mean () standard deviation (S.D.), t-test dependent and content analysis.

            The results of the study 1) the multimedia instructional package on Chemical reactions efficiency (E₁/E₂) was 80.267/82.351 2) the effectiveness of multimedia instruction were as follows 2.1) the average learning outcome scores on Chemical reactions after studying the package was higher than before were statistically the significant different at the .05 level. 2.2) the science project ability after studying the package overall were at a good ability level; whereas the abilities to identifying the problem, making a hypothesis and control the variables were at a high average score and conclusion were at a low high average score. 2.3) the scientific mind after studying the package overall were at a high level; whereas the scientific mind to responsibility were at a high average score and rationality were at a low average score.
