การพัฒนารูปแบบจดหมายข่าวไฮไลท์ทูเดย์ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏหมู่บ้านจอมบึง

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ  1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการที่มีต่อจดหมายข่าวไฮไลท์ทูเดย์ ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏหมู่บ้านจอมบึง 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบจดหมายข่าวไฮไลท์ทูเดย์  ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏหมู่บ้านจอมบึงให้มีประสิทธิภาพ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของอาจารย์  บุคลากร และนักศึกษา ที่มีต่อรูปแบบจดหมายข่าวไฮไลท์ทูเดย์ ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏหมู่บ้านจอมบึงกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นอาจารย์  บุคลากร และนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏหมู่บ้านจอมบึง  จำนวน  378  คน  คัดเลือกโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย  1) แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันและความต้องการที่มีต่อรูปแบบจดหมายข่าวไฮไลท์ทูเดย์ 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง 3) แบบประเมินและรับรองรูปแบบ  4)  แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้หาค่าเฉลี่ย ( X̅ ) และหาค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.)

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัญหาและความต้องการที่มีต่อจดหมายข่าวไฮไลท์ทูเดย์  มีดังนี้ เนื้อหาของจดหมายข่าวไม่ครอบคลุมทุกคณะ / หน่วยงานในมหาวิทยาลัย  ภาพข่าวน้อยเกินไป บอร์ดประชาสัมพันธ์จดหมายข่าวมีจำนวนน้อยมาก ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความต้องการรับสื่อในมหาวิทยาลัย คือ ต้องการทราบกิจกรรมภายในมหาวิทยาลัย  เนื้อหาข่าวสารที่ต้องการให้มีในจดหมายข่าวมากที่สุดคือ ทุนการศึกษา ช่องทางที่ต้องการอ่านจดหมายที่ต้องการมากที่สุด คือ บอร์ดประชาสัมพันธ์ในมหาวิทยาลัย  และต้องการอ่านจดหมายข่าวทุกวัน เนื้อหารายละเอียดที่ควรเพิ่มเติมในหัวกระดาษจดหมายข่าว  คือ  วิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัย 2) รูปแบบจดหมายข่าวไฮไลท์ทูเดย์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย  กระดาษ  A 4  จำนวน 2  หน้า   สีของกระดาษจดหมายข่าวไฮไลท์ทูเดย์มีหลากสี  ใช้ภาพกราฟิกทั่วไปเป็นหัวจดหมายข่าวไฮไลท์ทูเดย์  ตัวอักษรพาดหัวข่าว ใช้ตัวอักษรที่เป็นทางการ  ขนาด 18  และ 20 พอยต์  เนื้อหาข่าวใช้ตัวอักษรขนาด 16  พอยต์  ภาพประกอบที่ใช้ในจดหมายข่าว  คือ ภาพถ่าย จัดหน้ากระดาษแบบสมดุล  รูปแบบจดหมายข่าวจะต้องแสดงถึงเอกลักษณ์ของมหาวิทยาลัย                

               ผลการประเมินรูปแบบของจดหมายข่าวไฮไลท์ทูเดย์อยู่ในระดับมาก ( X̅  = 4.38, S.D. = 0.33 ) เป็นรูปแบบที่จะนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้จริง 3) ผู้รับสารมีความพึงพอใจต่อจดหมายข่าวไฮไลท์ทูเดย์ ในระดับมาก    (X̅ = 4.19, S.D. = 0.49)

Abstract

               The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the problems and needs of  the form of hilight today letter of muban chombueng rajabhat university,  2) to develop the  form of  hilight  today  letter of  muban  chombueng  rajabhat  university, and 3 ) to study  satisfaction of instructors, staff and students toward  highlight today letter of of  muban  chombueng  rajabhat  university. The samples used in the  research were 378 instructors, staff and students  of of  muban  chombueng  rajabhat  university. They  were selected by stratified  random sampling.   

            The instruments of this research were 1) questionnaire the problems and needs of  the  form  of hilight  today  letter  2) interview form 3) evaluation form 4) questionnaire toward  satisfaction.Data  were  analysis  by  mean ( X̅ ) and standard deviation (S.D.)

            The research found that

               1) Problems of hilight  today  letter showed that it was not covered all of  the faculties , too few picture and  boards  and  too  few  copies of hilight  today  letter. Factors affecting  the  needs  of instructors, staff and students  were  to  know  the  university’s activities. The  content they wanted to  know  the  most  was  scholarship.   The  most  preferable  channel  was  the  university’s information  board. And  they  wanted  to  read  hilight  today  letter  everyday. University  vision  should  be  added  up  at  the  head  of Letter.

               2) The  form  of  the  development  of  hilight  today  letter  consisted  of          2  page paper of A 4 , many  color. The  headline  of  the  hilight  today  letter  should  be  variety  graphics. The headline  of  news should  be  formal 18 and  20  point. The  letters  of  the  content  should  be 16 point. Pictures  used  in  the  letter  should  be  photo. layout  of  the  paper  should  be  balance. The  form  of  the  letter  should  show  the  university’s identity.The evaluation of the form of hilight  today  letter  was  at  high level (X̅ = 4.38, SD = 0.33) It  was  be applied.

            3) Participants ‘s satisfaction toward  the  form  of hilight  today  letter  were  at  the  high  level.  (X̅ = 4.19, S.D. = 0.49)
