การศึกษาแนวทางการจัดตั้งศูนย์สื่อการศึกษาของโรงเรียนนานาชาติเซนต์แอนดรูว์ส สามัคคี

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการการจัดตั้งศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา ของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน ในโรงเรียนนานาชาติเซนต์แอนดรูว์ สามัคคี  2) นำเสนอแนวทางการจัดตั้งศูนย์สื่อการศึกษาของโรงเรียนนานาชาติเซนต์แอนดรูว์ สามัคคี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร บุคลากร บุคลากรผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านโสตทัศนศึกษา จำนวน 177 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา จำนวน 5 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความต้องการการจัดตั้งศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหาร และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และแบบประเมินแนวทางการจัดตั้งศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลดังนี้ ค่าร้อยละ (%), ค่าเฉลี่ย (), ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D)

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความต้องการการจัดตั้งศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา ของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน และบุคลากร  มีความต้องการการจัดการสอนอยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับมาก ความต้องการการจัดตั้งส่วนใหญ่ ได้แก่ การบริหารงานศูนย์สื่อการศึกษาควรจัดแบ่งเวลาทำงานของครูให้เท่าเทียมกัน (= 4.96 , S.D. = 0.11)  , ออกแบบให้มีการติดต่อถึงกันได้สะดวก (= 4.69 , S.D. = 0.64)  , สื่อการสอนมีคุณภาพ ได้มาตรฐานเป็นที่ยอมรับ (= 4.00 , S.D. = 0.00) , มีเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางคอมพิวเตอร์คอยบริหารจัดการการใช้เครือข่าย (= 4.00 , S.D. = 0.00) และเป็นสื่อกลางแหล่งข้อมูลความรู้ในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน   (= 4.00 , S.D. = 0.00)

               การนำเสนอแนวทางการจัดตั้งศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา สรุปรูปแบบของศูนย์สื่อการศึกษาได้ 8 ประเด็นดังนี้ 1) นโยบายและเป้าหมายของศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา 2) รูปแบบของศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา 3) โครงสร้างการบริหารงานและภารงานของศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา 4) บุคลากรที่ทำหน้าที่ของศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา 5) ประเภทของสื่อที่ให้บริการภายในศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา 6) สถานที่ตั้งและการจัดพื้นที่ใช้สอยของศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา 7) แหล่งงบประมาณที่ใช้ในการดำเนินงานของศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา 8) การจัดหาสื่อการสอนเพื่อการบริการของศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา

               แนวทางการจัดตั้งศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา โรงเรียนนานาชาติเซนต์แอนดรูว์ส สามัคคี พบว่า แนวทาง การจัดตั้งศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา โรงเรียนนานาชาติเซนต์แอนดรูว์ส สามัคคี ผ่านการรับรองในระดับเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด (= 4.89, S.D = 0.08)  

Abstract

               The purposes of this research are 1) to study needs in educational media center for Head of school and teachers in St.Andrews International School Samakee 2) to study guide line for Educational Media Center of St.Andrews International School Samakee The sample group by purposive sampling of this study is 177 directors, teachers and Audiovisual staffs of St.Andrews International School Samakee and 5 Educational media center experts. The instrument used in collecting data were : a questionnaire needs in educational media center, Structured interviews with the administrators, and the experts and the Quality assessment of Guidelines for establishment for Educational Media Center. The statistics used in analyzing data were percentage, mean, standard deviation,

               The results of this study were as follows : Requirements for establishment for Educational Media Center of directors teachers and personnels needed in instruction were at the high level. Administration of Educational media center should be set their timetables equally (= 4.96 , S.D. = 0.11)  , Designed of Educational Media Center (= 4.69 , S.D. = 0.64)  , Quality of Instruction media (= 4.00 , S.D. = 0.00), Professional staff who manage computer networks (= 4.00 , S.D. = 0.00). And an intermediate repository of knowledge in the development of teaching and learning (= 4.00 , S.D. = 0.00).

               Proposed guidelines for media center. The format of the media center has eight points as follow. 1) Policies and goals of the Educational Media Center. 2) Designed of Educational Media Center. 3) Infrastructure management tasks of Educational Media Center. 4) Personnel functions of Educational Media Center. 5) Types of media of Educational Media Center. 6) Location and floor plan of Educational Media Center. 7) Source of funds used in operations of Educational Media Center. 8) Supplying teaching materials to the service of Educational Media Center.

               Guidelines for establishment for Educational Media Center of St. Andrews International School Samakee showed at the highest level (= 4.89, S.D = 0.08) and Most agree. Be applied to a concrete implementation.
