การจัดการระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ

                 การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา ข้อเสนอแนะการจัดการระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 37กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน รองผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านระบบสารสนเทศ ของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 37 ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 27 โรงเรียน จำนวน 162 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ย  และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.)

                 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการจัดการระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อยตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านการนำข้อมูลไปใช้ ด้านการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ด้านการประมวลผลข้อมูล ด้านการตรวจสอบข้อมูล ด้านการจัดหน่วยหรือคลังข้อมูล และด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัญหาการจัดการระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อยตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านการจัดหน่วยหรือคลังข้อมูล ด้านการวิเคราะห์ ด้านการนำข้อมูลไปใช้ ด้านการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ด้านการตรวจสอบข้อมูล และด้านการประมวลผลข้อมูล มีความเห็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

                 ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการจัดการระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาด้านการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถานศึกษาควรมีการประชุมระดมสมองวางแผน และจัดทำแผนการดำเนินงานในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลให้ชัดเจน ด้านการตรวจสอบข้อมูล ควรส่งเสริมให้มีการตรวจสอบข้อมูล เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาของสถานศึกษา แล้วหาวิธีการแก้ไขปรับปรุงหรือแนวทางพัฒนาต่อไป ด้านการประมวลผลข้อมูล ควรจัดอบรม สัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการ เพื่อให้ความรู้และทักษะแก่บุคลากรในเรื่องการประมวลผลข้อมูล ด้านการจัดหน่วยหรือคลังข้อมูล ควรจัดหา วัสดุ ครุภัณฑ์ในการจัดหน่วยหรือคลังข้อมูลให้เพียงพอกับความต้องการ ด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ควรส่งเสริมให้มีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาของสถานศึกษา แล้วหาวิธีการแก้ไขปรับปรุงหรือแนวทางพัฒนาต่อไป และด้านการนำข้อมูลไปใช้ ควรนำเสนอ หรือเผยแพร่ข้อมูลสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาอย่าสม่ำเสมอ

Abstract

                 This research aims to study the management of information problem and to study the feedback technology systems of school in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 37. The samples used in this research were 162 people consisted of school administrator, assistant school administrator and system operator. Instrument used was a questionnaire 5 level scale and the statistics used in data analysis were average (                         ) and Standard deviation (S.D.)

                 The results showed the condition management system in a high level these included. The data collection, the data validation, the data processing, the unit or warehouse, the data analysis and the Data used.

                 The issue management system of schools included in the medium level these included. The unit or warehouse, the data analysis, the Data used, the data collection, the data processing, and the data validation.

                 For the suggestions in the management of the education system; the data collection the school should have a brainstorming plan and prepare a plan for collecting data to clear. In the data validation the schools should be encouraged to examine the data for study the problems of education. Then found their ways to improve or develop further. As for the data processing the schools should organize training workshops to provide knowledge and skills to the personnel. In addition, the unit or warehouse the school should provide material and equipment and the data analysis schools should encourage the analysis for studying the problems of education then found a way to improve or develop further. The last one, the Data used the school should be presented or published information regularly.
