ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนระดับปฐมวัย เขตภาคเหนือตอนบน

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

                 การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนระดับปฐมวัย เขตภาคเหนือตอนบน และ  2) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนระดับปฐมวัย เขตภาคเหนือตอนบน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนระดับปฐมวัย เขตภาคเหนือตอนบน ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 105 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนระดับปฐมวัย เขคภาคเหนือตอนบนเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบตรวจสอบรายการ มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิด ค่า IOC เท่ากับ 0.96  และค่าความเชื่อมั่น ทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย (                         ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.)

                 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนระดับปฐมวัย เขตภาคเหนือตอนบน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.57, S.D. = 0.26) และเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนานักเรียน ด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรและการสอน ด้านการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ เป้าหมายและพันธกิจการเรียนรู้ และด้านการพัฒนาครู และ 2) ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนระดับปฐมวัย เขตภาคเหนือตอนบน ควรมีการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ เป้าหมาย พันธกิจการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา จัดหลักสูตรที่อ้างอิงถึงหลักสูตรแกนกลาง แสดงความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ และอัตลักษณ์ ส่งเสริมผู้เรียนให้เกิดทักษะ ชีวิต และกระบวนการคิดอย่างสร้างสรรค์ด้วยกิจกรรม สร้างบรรยากาศและสิ่งแวดล้อมให้เอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอน และส่งเสริมให้ครูแสวงหาความรู้ใหม่ๆมีทักษะเข้าถึงสื่อและเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย

Abstract

            This research was aimed 1) to study about the level of instructional leadership of early childhood private school administrators in Upper Northern Thailand and 2) to study the suggestion about instructional leadership of early childhood private school administrators in Upper Northern Thailand. The sample group consisted of 105 early childhood private school administrators under Upper Northern Thailand in academic year 2013. The instrument was used the questionnaire with five-level scale included the level of instructional leadership of early childhood private school administrators in Upper Northern Thailand which the IOC is 0.96 and the overall reliability is 0.98. The statistics used in data analysis were Percentage (%) , Mean and Standard deviation (S.D.).

            The results showed that the hightest level of instructional leadership of early childhood private school administrators in Upper Northern Thailand on all 5 sides. When considering in overall , each aspect were the found highest in all aspects ( = 4.57, S.D. = 0.26) such as Learning Climate Promotion, Student Development, Curriculum and Teaching Management, Vision, Goals, and Missions of Learning and Teacher Development respectively. The suggestion about instructional leadership of early childhood private school administrators in Upper Northern Thailand should have the vision, and the mission learned of the school. Curriculum should that refer to the core curriculum, express their unique identities, encourage students to achieve life skills and creative thinking processes with activity, create an atmosphere and environment conducive to teaching and learning and encourage teachers to have the skills to access media and technology.
