การบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่โรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 37

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

                 การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่โรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 37 2) ปัญหาการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่โรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 37 และ 3) ข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่โรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 37 ใช้ประชากรในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และรองผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 37 ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 90 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ประกอบด้วยระดับสภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษา ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.91 และระดับปัญหาการบริหารสถานศึกษา ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.97 และทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย (m) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (s)

                 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่โรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 37 โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (m = 3.74, s = 0.62) และ 2) ปัญหาการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่โรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 37 โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (m = 3.22, s = 0.76) และ3) ข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่โรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 37 ควรสนับสนุนนักเรียนที่มีความสามารถความถนัดเฉพาะทางที่ได้คัดสรรแล้วไปแสดงในระดับชาติ และนานาชาติ ปรับลดเนื้อหาหลักสูตร เพิ่มความเข้มข้น โดยเทียบเคียงกับหลักสูตรสากล และปรับลดเวลาในการสอนของครูในห้องเรียน

Abstract

            This research was aimed 1) to study about the level of status administration to World Class Standard School under the Secondary Educational Service Area office 37, 2) to study about the level of problem administration to World Class Standard School under the Secondary Educational Service Area office 37 and 3) to study the suggestion about administration to World Class Standard School under the Secondary Educational Service Area office 37. The research populations were 90 school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area office 37 in academic year 2012. For the instrument was used the questionnaire with five-level scale included the level of status administration which the reliability is 0.91, the level of problem administration which the reliability is 0.97, and the overall is 0.97. The statistics used in data analysis were Percentage (%) Mean (m) and Standard deviation (s).

            The results showed that 1) the level of status administration to World Class Standard School under the Secondary Educational Service Area office 37. When considering in overall and each aspect were found high in all aspects (m = 3.74, s = 0.62), 2) the level of problem administration to World Class Standard School under the Secondary Educational Service Area office 37 on all 3 sides. When considering in overall and each aspect were found middle in all aspects (m = 3.22, s = 0.76) and 3) the suggestion about administration to World Class Standard School under the Secondary Educational Service Area office 37. Should support students with specific skills that can be selected to perform at the national and international levels, and to reduce the course content concentration increases by comparing with local programs and Reduce the time to teach in the classroom.
