การพัฒนาชุดฝึกสมรรถนะทางคณิตศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายสำหรับนักเรียนกลุ่มเสี่ยง โดยใช้เทคนิคสแกฟโฟลดิง

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาชุดฝึกสมรรถนะทางคณิตศาสตร์สำหรับนักเรียนกลุ่มเสี่ยงระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โดยใช้เทคนิคสแกฟโฟลดิง และเพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้ชุดฝึกสมรรถนะทางคณิตศาสตร์สำหรับนักเรียนกลุ่มเสี่ยงระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โดยใช้เทคนิคสแกฟโฟลดิง การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ดำเนินการศึกษาตามระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยและพัฒนา และประยุกต์ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โรงเรียนปรินส์รอยแยลส์วิทยาลัย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 8 คน ซึ่งเป็นนักเรียนกลุ่มเสี่ยงที่มีปัญหาทางสมรรถนะทางคณิตศาสตร์ ได้มาโดยการคัดกรองด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์ครูผู้สอนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ และสัมภาษณ์นักเรียนที่ถูกอ้างถึงว่าเป็นนักเรียนกลุ่มเสี่ยง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับนักเรียนที่มีปัญหาสมรรถนะทางคณิตศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายและประเด็นที่เป็นปัญหาสำหรับนักเรียน แบบสัมภาษณ์นักเรียนที่ถูกอ้างว่าเป็นนักเรียนกลุ่มเสี่ยงเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะทางคณิตศาสตร์ที่เป็นปัญหา ชุดฝึกสมรรถนะทางคณิตศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายโดยใช้เทคนิคสแกฟโฟลดิง กรอบการสังเกตและบันทึกการใช้ชุดฝึก และแบบสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการใช้ชุดฝึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) มีนักเรียนกลุ่มเสี่ยงจำนวน 8 คน และสมรรถนะทางคณิตศาสตร์ที่เป็นปัญหาสำหรับนักเรียน ได้แก่ สมรรถนะด้านการเข้าใจและใช้ภาษาและสัญลักษณ์ทางคณิตศาสตร์ สมรรถนะด้านการคิดคำนวณพื้นฐานตามหลักเลขคณิต สมรรถนะด้านการคิดคำนวณพื้นฐานตามหลักพีชคณิต สมรรถนะด้านการใช้นิยาม ทฤษฎีบท กฎ สูตร และสมบัติ และสมรรถนะด้านการแก้โจทย์ปัญหา 2) ผลการพัฒนาชุดฝึกสมรรถนะทางคณิตศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายโดยใช้เทคนิคสแกฟโฟลดิง ได้ชุดฝึกจำนวน 5 หน่วย 3) ผลการนำชุดฝึกไปใช้ พบว่า 3.1) นักเรียนทุกคนทำใบงานในแต่ละชุดฝึกได้คะแนนระดับ “ผ่าน” ขึ้นไป 3.2) ชุดฝึกสมรรถนะทางคณิตศาสตร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้สามารถพัฒนาศักยภาพในการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนกลุ่มเสี่ยงได้ แม้ในบางชุดฝึกต้องเพิ่มนั่งร้านเสริมเข้าไป และในบางชุดฝึกต้องถอนนั่งร้านออกไปสำหรับนักเรียนบางคน 3.3) นักเรียนทุกคนชอบการฝึกในรูปแบบนี้ และมีความเห็นว่าตนเองมีสมรรถนะทางคณิตศาสตร์ดีขึ้นในทุกสมรรถนะที่ได้รับการฝึก

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to develop the Mathematical competency learning packages in high school level for at-risk students using scaffolding technique and to study the effects of using them. This research and development study also included qualitative method. The population of this study were eight at-risk students in Mathematics at The Prince Royal’s College, Chiang Mai province in the academic year 2014, screened by interviewing Mathematics teachers and students who were claimed to be at-risk students. The research tools were teacher interview forms, students who were claimed to be at-risk students interview forms, the Mathematical competency learning packages in high school level using scaffolding technique, the framework for observation and intervention records, and the interview forms for students toward the practicing. The analyzing of data were frequency, percentage, and content analysis. The research results showed that: 1) There were eight at-risk students. Mathematical competencies which needed improvement for at-risk students were understanding and using of Mathematical languages and symbols, calculating using basic arithmetic principle, calculating using basic algebra principle, using of definitions, theorems, rules, formulas and properties, and Mathematical problem solving. 2) The Mathematical competency learning packages consisted of five units were developed. 3) The results of using the Mathematical competency learning packages showed 3.1) All students reached the “pass” level in the task scores, 3.2) All Mathematical competency learning packages could help students develop their learning potential. However, some more scaffolds were added for some students in some packages and some students needed a scaffold withdrawal in some packages. 3.3) The students’ opinion toward practicing were that all students enjoyed the practicing and all of them thought that all Mathematical competencies they had been trained were improved.
