การศึกษาพฤติกรรมและความต้องการใช้อีเลิร์นนิงของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1)  เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้อีเลิร์นนิงของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการใช้อีเลิร์นนิงของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญามหาบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 1-2 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 183 คน  โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาพฤติกรรมและความต้องการใช้อีเลิร์นนิงของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.)          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               1) พฤติกรรมการใช้อีเลิร์นนิง ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ โดยเฉลี่ยมีพฤติกรรมการเข้าใช้งาน ระบบอีเลิร์นนิง 1-2 ครั้ง/สัปดาห์ ส่วนใหญ่มีการใช้งานในช่วงเวลา 18.01 – 21.00 น. เวลาในการใช้งาน                 แต่ละครั้ง ใช้เวลาครั้งละ 1-2 ชั่วโมง โดยมีการใช้งานผ่านอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์โน๊คบุ๊ค มากที่สุด ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ในการเข้าใช้งานอีเลิร์นนิง พบว่า มีการใช้งานเพื่อศึกษาบทเรียน/ทบทวนบทเรียน มากที่สุด

               2) ความต้องการใช้อีเลิร์นนิง ด้านบทเรียนโดยภาพรวมมีความต้องการมากที่สุด ( = 4.49,             S.D =.62) พบว่า ต้องการเอกสารประกอบรายวิชาให้ดาวน์โหลด มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยภาพรวมมีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =4.42, S.D =.69) พบว่า มีความต้องการใช้บริการเครือข่าย SU Wi-Fi ในการเรียนการสอนระบบอีเลิร์นนิง มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

ด้านการใช้งานระบบอีเลิร์นนิง โดยภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.40, S.D =.67) พบว่า ต้องการให้สามารถใช้อีเลิร์นนิงผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract

            The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the using e-learning behavior
of graduate students from Faculty of Education , Silpakorn University, 2) to study the demands for  using e-learning of graduate students from Faculty of Education , Silpakorn University. The samples were 183 graduate students from Faculty of Education, Silpakorn University, during the first semester of 2014 academic year. They were selected by using random stratified sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were statistically analyzed by using in frequency, percentage (%), arithmetic mean (  ),and  standard deviation (S.D.)

            The results finding were as following:

            1. The using e-learning behavior of graduate students from Faculty of Education, Silpakorn University :1) On average, the log in students’ behavior was once or twice a week.   2) Most of the using time was during 18.01 -21.00 and only one or two hours. 3) Most of the students studied via laptops (notebook computer).4) The purposes to log in were to study the lessons or review the lessons at the most.

            2. The demands for  using  e-learning of graduate students from Faculty of Education , Silpakorn University was  in order : 1)The students’ opinion about the demands  for  course document  was at the high level ( = 4.49, S.D =.62) ;  require the documentary lessons by download  2) The  demands  for  learning management ( =4.42, S.D =.69) ; require SU Wi-Fi service 3) The demands for using e-learning system ( = 4.40, S.D =.67) ; require the usage of intranet  and internet . 4) The demands for communication between instructor and learners ( = 4.37, S.D =.71); require an asynchronous communication, e.g. Web board, e-Mail.
