การพัฒนารูปแบบการสร้างเครือข่ายปฏิบัติการชุมชนและมวลชนสัมพันธ์เพื่อการป้องกันอาชญากรรม

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการณ์ของการปฏิบัติการชุมชนและมวลชนสัมพันธ์ในการป้องกันอาชญากรรม (2) พัฒนารูปแบบการสร้างเครือข่ายปฏิบัติการของชุมชนและมวลชนสัมพันธ์ใน  การป้องกันอาชญากรรม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสนทนากลุ่ม               กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชาชน หมู่ที่ 4 หมู่บ้านวัดกลาง อำเภอบางแพ จังหวัดราชบุรี วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการจำแนกข้อมูลและสรุปแต่ละประเด็นย่อยจากผลกระบวนการในแต่ละขั้นตอนตามกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัยและ เรียบเรียงเชิงพรรณนา ระยะเวลาการศึกษา 15 เดือน

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการณ์ของการปฏิบัติการชุมชนและมวลชนสัมพันธ์ในการป้องกันอาชญากรรม ประชาชนมีการให้ความร่วมมือในการขยายเครือข่ายเพิ่มมากขึ้น ทำให้ชุมชนมีศักยภาพในการคิดและปฏิบัติเพื่อการแก้ไขปัญหาและการพัฒนาเพิ่มขึ้น2) การพัฒนารูปแบบการสร้างเครือข่ายปฏิบัติการชุมชนและมวลชนสัมพันธ์ ได้รับความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาจาก ผู้นำหมู่บ้าน คณะกรรมการหมู่บ้านและประชาชนโดยการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเครือข่ายปฏิบัติการชุมชนและมวลชนสัมพันธ์เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องและมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบกิจกรรมการสร้างเครือข่ายเพราะกิจกรรมที่กำหนดขึ้นนั้นทุกคนเป็นผู้ร่วมกันวางแผนปฏิบัติ

Abstract

               The purpose of this research were: 1) to study the situation of a community network in crime prevention. 2) to develop the format building network in crime prevention. Research tools were use in research example: questionnaire, interview and group discussion. The sample of people: People of mu 4 temple middle village, Bangpae district, Ratchaburi Province. Analysis by classification and summary of each of the sub-process techniques and learn each step within a participatory action research and compiled descriptive. During 15 month of study.     

            Res earch findings were as follows: 1) The conditions for public relations and community action to prevent crime. People are cooperating in expanding the network increases. The community has the potential to think and act to correct the problems and to develop increased. 2) Developing a networking community action and public relations cooperation in the development village-leaders Village-councils and residents by attending networking events and public relations, community operations increased steadily and are satisfied with the activity patterns of networking activities set up for it, because everyone is a joint action plan.
