การบริหารหลักสูตรที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพของผู้เรียน โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักบริหารงาน การศึกษาพิเศษภาคใต้ กลุ่ม 7

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การบริหารหลักสูตร 2) คุณภาพของผู้เรียน และ 3) การบริหารหลักสูตรที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพของผู้เรียน โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษภาคใต้ กลุ่ม 7 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษภาคใต้ กลุ่ม 7 จำนวน 171 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยอย่างง่าย  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารหลักสูตรของโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการจัดทำสาระหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา อยู่ในอันดับสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการสรุปผลการดำเนินการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการนิเทศ กำกับ ติดตาม ประเมินผลการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการดำเนินการใช้หลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการปรับปรุง พัฒนา การบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการวางแผนดำเนินการใช้หลักสูตรสถานศึกษา และด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมของสถานศึกษา ตามลำดับ 2) คุณภาพของผู้เรียน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า มาตรฐานที่ 1 ผู้เรียนมีสุขภาวะ สุขกาย สุขภาพจิตที่ดี อยู่ในอันดับสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ มาตรฐานที่ 3 ผู้เรียนมีทักษะในการดำรงชีวิต และมีสุนทรียภาพ และมาตรฐานที่ 2 ผู้เรียนมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรมและค่านิยมที่พึงประสงค์ ตามลำดับ และ 3) การบริหารหลักสูตรส่งผลต่อคุณภาพของผู้เรียน โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษภาคใต้ กลุ่ม 7 ได้ค่าประสิทธิภาพในการทำนาย ร้อยละ 49.90

Abstract

            The purposes were to study 1) the curriculum management, 2) the students’ performance, and 3) the curriculum management affecting the students’ performance of school in Bureau of Special Education Administration Southern Group 7. The sample were 171 informants from school administrators and teachers under the Bureau of Special Education Administration Southern Group 7 by random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a               5-rating scale. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and simple regression analysis. The research results were as follows: 1) the curriculum management, as a whole and each aspect, were at a high level. Considering in each aspect: the preparation of curriculum material was at highest level, followed by the conclusion of curriculum management, the supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the curriculum management, the implementation of the curriculum and, the improvement of the curriculum management, the planned implementation of the curriculum, and the preparation of educational institutions, respectively, 2) the students’ performance, as a whole and each aspect, were at a high level. Considering in each aspect : the first standard students’ health, happiness and good mental health was at the highest level, followed by the three standard students’ with the live skills and aesthetics, and the two standard students’ have morality, ethics and desirable values, respectively, and 3) the curriculum management affecting the students’ of school in Bureau of Special Education Administration Southern Group 7 having the  predicted efficiency of  49.90 percent.
