Abstract

"A Reconstruction of Prang Pu Ja, at Na Chung Kiri, Kirimas district, Sukhothai province" is
intended to assume complete structure of Prang Pu-Ja before ruin. This study usesIntegrated Research in
Architectural History, Comparison Forms of Art, Archaeology Excavation Report, and measuring the area of
archaeological site to assume the feasibility of the original architectural construction of Pang Pu-ja.The result
can be assumed that Pang Pu-Ja was built under the influence of Khmer art that can divided the
development of structure into 2 periods First period was in 16th Buddhist Century. The structure was brick
sanctuary in square shape that related to architectural style of Khmer Baphuon Period. Second period was
during second half of 17th Buddhist Century to 18th Buddhist Century.The square structure has been altered
by adding porch in front of the old structure. As a result, the structure in the second period resembled
Arogayasala found in Khmer during Bayon Period.
