Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยนี้ คือการศึกษาวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบของรูปแบบการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์ บรรษัท ภิบาลและลักษณะธุรกิจครอบครัวที่เป็นไปตามทฤษฎีระบบที่มีต่อความสามารถในการทำกำไรและการเติบโตของ ธุรกิจครอบครัวการศึกษานี้เริ่มต้นด้วยการทบทวนแนวคิดทฤษฎีเพื่อนำมากำหนดกรอบแนวคิดและสมมติฐานการ วิจัย และให้ความสำคัญกับการรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่าง แบบเฉพาะเจาะจงจากบริษัทที่มีชื่อจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยซึ่งเป็นธุรกิจครอบครัวตามนิยาม ปฏิบัติการของงานวิจัยนี้ จำนวน 172 บริษัทและใช้การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยโลจิสติกเป็นสถิติวิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์ บรรษัทภิบาล และลักษณะธุรกิจครอบครัวที่เป็นไปตามทฤษฎีระบบมีผลอย่างยิ่งต่อ ความสามารถในการทำกำไรและการเติบโตของธุรกิจครอบครัวThe impact of strategic decisions-making, corporate governance of family businesses based on systems theory on the profitability and growth of family businesses in The Stock Exchange of Thailand

The objectives of this study were to study, to analyze the impact of strategic decisions-making,corporate governance of family businesses based on systems theory on the profitability and growth of family businesses in The Stock Exchange of Thailand.The theoretical foundation of the study influenced the formation of the conceptual framework and research hypotheses posed. To test the hypotheses formulated, a mail survey is conducted to focus on quantitative results. The questionnaire-based survey was applied to a sample of 172 family businesses on The Stock Exchange of Thailand, and using logistic regression analysis for statistical analysis.The notable finding of the research was that the impact of strategic decisions-making, corporate governance of family businesses based on systems theory on the profitability and growth of family businesses in The Stock Exchange of Thailand affecting in so ultimately the profitability and family businesses growth.
