Abstract

This study aims to develop the framework and the concept of antecedents and
consequences of learning organization competency. This is because the organization is
currently experiencing rapid and severe change. The ability of the organization to learn and

adapt effectively will make the organization to be able to stand in the midst of competition.
Researcher has developed a framework and concept of organizational learning competency
which causal factors that affect the learning organization’s competency include the ability to
create a vision, team dynamics, leadership of the new decade. And the consequences factors
of organizational learning competency is the organizational innovation and organizational
performance. This concept can be used to study the learning organization competency in the
future. In order to improve the organization and to be able to compete sustainably.
