Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the cause and affect relationships of
Learning organization Competencies and Innovation Capabilities toward organization
performance of Thailand Textile Industry. The representative sample of this research were
201 companies from Thailand Textile Industry, using questionnaire as the tool for data
collection. Data were analysed by quantitative methods. The descriptive statistics used in
data analysis was based on the commutative frequency for percentage, mean standard
deviation, factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. The research results
showed that the model based on assumption were in harmony with the empirical data.
Which in the final, we can conclude that Learning Organization Competencies has a positive
direct impact on Innovation Capabilities and Organization Performance . Moreover Learning
Organization Competencies has positive indirect impact on Organization Performance with
Innovation Capabilities serves as a passing variable. While Innovation Capabilities have a
positive direct impact on Organization Performance. And causes of Learning organization
competencies such as Vision for Synergy, Team Dynamic and New Decade Leader have
positive direct impact on Learning Organization Competencies
