Abstract

This research aimed to synthesize the elements of integrated education with Community way of Shan in Chiang Mai, to study the problems and needs of integrated education with Community way of Shan in Chiang Mai. And to develop a model of integrated education that is consistent Education with Community way of Shan in Chiang Mai. The key informants in the interview were: school administrators, teachers, parents, school commission, community, alumnus, of schools among Chan Students study over 70% in Chiang Mai. Between academic year 2013-2015, had 8 schools. The brainstorming group were Promote education in Office of the Basic Education Commission, Director of Primary Education Area Office, Supervisor, Business Owner. And the expert group in the group discussion were school administrators, University lecturer, and personnel of UNICEF Thailand. The tools used in the study were interviews, brainstorming, and group discussion. Data analysis by content analysis.


               Result : The research found that management for Integrated Education with Community way of Shan have 4 main elements : the way of life, multicultural society, methodological Integration method, vocational skills teaching and leadership have to include the educational leadership of management for Integrated Education with Community way of Shan.
