การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะหลอดเลือดสมองหดเกร็งจากเลือดออก ใต้เยื่อหุ้มสมองชั้นอแรกนอยด์จากโรคหลอดเลือดสมองโป่งพอง: กรณีศึกษา

ภาวะเลือดออกใต้เยื่อหุ้มสมองชั้นอแรกนอยด์จากโรคหลอดเลือดสมองโป่งพอง (aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage: aSAH) เป็นภาวะวิกฤติที่เป็นสาเหตุการตายและความพิการสูงจากภาวะแทรกซ้อนสำคัญ คือการหดเกร็งของหลอดเลือด (cerebral vasospasm: CVS) ส่งผลให้เลือดไปเลี้ยงสมองได้น้อยลง นำไปสู่ภาวะสมองขาดเลือดในระยะหลังตามมา (delayed cerebral ischemia: DCI) ความก้าวหน้าของวิทยาศาสตร์ทางการแพทย์ทำให้มีการพัฒนาแนวทางการรักษาเพื่อป้องกันภาวะหลอดเลือดสมองหดเกร็งและการดูแลหลังเกิด aSAH ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากแนวทางเดิมๆ ที่เคยปฏิบัติ กรณีศึกษาครั้งนี้นำเสนอการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยเฉพาะโรคที่มีภาวะหลอดเลือดสมองหดเกร็งจากเลือดออกใต้เยื่อหุ้มสมองชั้นอแรกนอยด์จากโรคหลอดเลือดสมองโป่งพองโดยใช้กระบวนการพยาบาล ในด้านการประเมินติดตามอาการทางระบบประสาทอย่างใกล้ชิด การเฝ้าระวังภาวะเลือดออกซ้ำ การดูแลหลังผ่าตัดหนีบหลอดเลือด และดูแลเพื่อป้องกันภาวะหดเกร็งของหลอดเลือด ตลอดจนการส่งเสริมฟื้นฟูสภาพ โดยใช้หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ที่น่าเชื่อถือและทันสมัย จุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยปลอดภัยและมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี
