ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาตร์บัณฑิต The Factors influence to the moral Ethics of the student who are finish graduate Bachelor of Nursing

     กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี (หลักสูตร 4 ปี) ชั้นปีที่ 4 ของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนน กรุงเทพ ปีการศึกษา 2552  จำนวน 143 คน ซึ่งเป็นการสุ่มอย่างเฉพาะเจาะจง สามารถเก็บข้อมูลได้ร้อยละ 100  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งตรวจสอบคุณภาพความตรงตามเนื้อหาและค่าความเชื่อมั่นด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่า พบว่าแบบสอบถามการอบรมเลี้ยงดู  มีค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหา และค่าความเชื่อมั่นด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าเท่ากับ 0.87 และ 0.68 ตามลำดับ ส่วนแบบสอบถามคุณธรรม จริยธรรมมีค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหา และค่าความเชื่อมั่นด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่า เท่ากับ 0.91 และ 0.94 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอย แบบ stepwise

ผลการศึกษาวิจัยนี้ พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ด้านความซื่อสัตย์ รองลงมา คือความเสียสละ  ความขยันหมั่นเพียร และการพึ่งตนเอง มีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 3.52  3.41  3.24 และ 3.21 ตามลำดับ  และปัจจัยที่มีอำนาจการพยากรณ์ คุณธรรมจริยธรรมเมื่อสำเร็จการศึกษา  ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05 ) ได้แก่ อาชีพมารดา (β =  -0.159  ) การอบรมเลี้ยงดูแบบมีเหตุผล (β =0.137) คุณธรรมจริยธรรมก่อนการศึกษา (β =0.562)  โดยปัจจัยทั้ง 3 สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของคุณธรรมจริยธรรมเมื่อสำเร็จการศึกษา ได้ร้อยละ  43.5 พบความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์ (S.E._est) 0.220  

      ข้อเสนอแนะจากผลการวิจัย การพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรม แก่เยาวชน ผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้น ควรรู้ระดับคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของเยาวชนก่อนที่พัฒนา จะทำให้การพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรมมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract

    The purpose of this study focus on the characteristic of moral , ethics   and  the  valuable factors that influence to  graduated student’s moral and ethics  in 2009. The instrument was a questionnaire with rating scale are used as a tool for gathering the data. The sample were 143 fourth-year undergraduates in regular programs ( four –year curriculum) who received bachelor degree of nursing in 2009 at Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Bangkok, selected by purposive sampling. The collection of data was 100 percent. The content validity and reliability value of parenting styles were 0.87and 0.68 etc. The content validity and reliability value of moral were 0.91 and 0.94 etc. The statistics used for data analysis includes calculations of   frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

     The findings revealed that the most of the samples have moral honest, sacrifice, self-reliance and diligence with average of 3.52, 3.41, 3.24 and 3.21 respectively.   Predictive power of  mother’s occupation , reasoned parenting , moral and ethics in preeducation state, difference of moral and ethics that effect to moral and ethics after graduation with statistical significant  at P value <0 .05.     As the result, four parameter predict the moral and ethics after graduation 43.50 percent with standard error of prediction (S.E._est) 0.220. 

       The recommendations from the research were that the development of moral for student nurse should be the level of moral before the development of moral
