บทคัดย่อ

          การสะท้อนคิดเป็นวิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่มีความสำคัญทั้งในภาคทฤษฏีและภาคปฏิบัติในสถาบันการศึกษาทางการพยาบาลทั่วโลก การสะท้อนคิดทำให้นักศึกษาได้ทบทวนตนเองทั้งความคิด ความรู้สึก และการกระทำ รวมทั้งประเมินศักยภาพตนเอง ค้นหาวิธีการพัฒนาตนเองและพัฒนาการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลให้ดีขึ้น โดยผ่านการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์และการวิเคราะห์ตนเองอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ ก่อให้เกิดความรู้ที่แตกต่างไปจากเดิม เพื่อนำไปใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจในขณะปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการพยาบาลและการวางแผนการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลในอนาคต อีกทั้งการสะท้อนคิดยังเป็นการสร้างแรงจูงใจทางวิชาชีพให้แก่นักศึกษาพยาบาลในการที่จะพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต วัตถุประสงค์ของการเขียนบทความฉบับนี้เพื่อนำเสนอแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการสะท้อนคิดและแนวทางการนำการสะท้อนคิดไปใช้กับนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่เริ่มต้นเรียนรู้ผ่านการบันทึกการสะท้อนคิด และสำหรับผู้สอนที่ต้องการพัฒนาการสอนโดยใช้การสะท้อนคิด ภายในบทความนี้จะนำเสนอความหมายของการสะท้อนคิด รูปแบบของการสะท้อนคิด ประเด็นที่สะท้อนคิด รูปแบบการสะท้อนคิดของ Gibbs พร้อมตัวอย่างบันทึกสะท้อนคิดและการวิเคราะห์ การประเมินผลการสะท้อนคิด และข้อเสนอแนะในการนำการสะท้อนคิดไปใช้ในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้
