นิสิตพยาบาลในยุคปัจจุบันเป็นยุครอยต่อของช่วงอายุที่เรียกว่า Generation Y และ Generation Z ซึ่งทั้งสองช่วงอายุล้วนถือเป็นเด็กรุ่นใหม่ เด็ก Generation Z ที่กำลังก้าวสู่การฝึกปฏิบัติบนคลินิกในรายวิชา การปฏิบัติการพยาบาลผู้ใหญ่ ซึ่งเด็กกลุ่มนี้จะมีลักษณะที่ไม่ค่อยมีความอดทนในการรอคอยคำตอบ ต้องการเห็นผลลัพธ์ในทันที สังคมของเด็กกลุ่มนี้ส่วนใหญ่จะอยู่บนอินเทอร์เน็ต ซึ่งเป็นช่องทางที่ใช้ติดต่อสื่อสารขอความช่วยเหลือตลอดจนแสดงความคิดเห็น แสดงอารมณ์ความรู้สึกกับเพื่อนหรือคนทั่วไปในเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตและการแสดงออกจะแบบเปิดเผย ส่วนด้านการศึกษาจะมีความอยากรู้อยากเห็น มีการกำหนดเป้าหมายเฉพาะของตน ชอบการค้นคว้าผ่านสารสนเทศและคิดว่ากลุ่มเพื่อนสามารถช่วยเหลือได้เมื่อต้องการความช่วยเหลือ ดังนั้นการเสนอบทความนี้จึงได้เสนอแนะแนวทางในการจัดสอนบนคลินิก ได้แก่ หลักการจัดการเรียนรู้ในคลินิกการพยาบาลผู้ใหญ่ให้สอดคล้องกับผู้เรียนที่อยู่ในช่วงอายุ Generalitions Z ทั้งการสอนข้างเตียงในคลินิกการพยาบาลผู้ใหญ่ การสอนของผู้สอนในยุคเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ผู้เรียนที่อยู่ในช่วงอายุ Generalitions Z เพื่อพัฒนาการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับช่วงอายุและลักษณะของผู้เรียนที่เปลี่ยนไป

Abstract

The nursing collegian in present era is called generation Y and generation Z, which is a new generation. The generation Z collegian who are going to practice in clinic in Adult Nursing Practicum Course has a characteristics of impatience to wait for the answer or outcome. The generation Z’s society is mostly on the internet, a channel for connecting with other, asking for help, and expressing one’s own opinion or feeling to their social networks. According to learning, they are very curious to learn. They set their specific learning goal, like to search on internet, and believe that their friends on social network can help them if they need. Therefore, this article focuses on clinical teaching for Adult Nursing Practicum Course, including principle of teaching and learning management, and teaching methods for generation Z collegian.
