ผลของการกำกับตนเองในการส่งเสริมการขับถ่ายต่อภาวะท้องผูกในสตรีตั้งครรภ์

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองชนิดหนึ่งกลุ่มแบบอนุกรมเวลาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการกำกับตนเองในการส่งเสริมการขับถ่ายต่อภาวะท้องผูกในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วมการทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ สตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่มีภาวะท้องผูกที่มารับบริการที่แผนกฝากครรภ์ ศูนย์สุขภาพชุมชนเมือง โรงพยาบาลบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี ระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคมถึงเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2560 จำนวน 28 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกความถี่ของการขับถ่าย และแบบประเมินแบบแผนการขับถ่ายอุจจาระของ Hinrichs และ Huseboe (2001) ฉบับภาษาไทยโดยโบตั๋น แสนสุขสวัสดิ์และคณะ (2550) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวแบบมีการวัดซ้ำ และสถิติไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในช่วงการทดลองกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีจำนวนครั้งของการขับถ่ายอุจจาระมากกว่าในช่วงการควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.001) และในช่วงการทดลองกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีแบบแผนการขับถ่ายอุจจาระที่มีภาวะท้องผูกน้อยกว่าในช่วงการควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.001)
