ผลของโปรแกรมการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจในผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชนเมือง กรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi-Experimental Research) โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยแบบมีกลุ่มควบคุมทดสอบหลังการทดลอง (Posttest control group design) มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาผลของการให้โปรแกรมการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองจากโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจในผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชนเมือง โปรแกรมการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองพัฒนาขึ้นตามแนวคิด Health Belief Model (HBM) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง จำนวน 70 คน โดยใช้เทคนิคการจับคู่ ด้านเพศและชนิดของโรคประจำตัว ทำให้ลักษณะทางประชากรไม่แตกต่างกัน ทำการสุ่มอย่างง่ายแบ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมเป็นเวลา 40 นาทีต่อครั้ง จำนวน 2 ครั้ง เป็นเวลา 10 สัปดาห์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติพรรณนาและสถิติที ผลการวิจัยพบว่าภายหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของพฤติกรรมป้องกันตนเองจากโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t=2.3, p<.05) ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้สรุปได้ว่าโปรแกรมนี้สามารถเพิ่มระดับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองที่ดีในผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรังได้ ข้อเสนอแนะพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติชุมชนควรได้รับการส่งเสริมให้นำโปรแกรมไปใช้ในกลุ่มโรคเรื้อรังอื่นๆ
