ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจเข้ารับการคัดกรองมะเร็งปากมดลูกของสตรีจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยรับรู้ประโยชน์ การรับรู้อุปสรรค การรับรู้สมรรถนะของตนเอง ปัจจัยด้านอิทธิพลของความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล และปัจจัยด้านอิทธิพลของสถานการณ์ กับการตัดสินใจเข้ารับเข้ารับการคัดกรองมะเร็งปากมดลูก และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ ปัจจัยอิทธิพลของความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล และปัจจัยด้านอิทธิพลของสถานการณ์ระหว่างสตรีที่เข้ารับการตรวจมะเร็งปากมดลูกกับสตรีที่ไม่เข้ารับการตรวจมะเร็งปากมดลูก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สตรี จำนวน 404 คน ในอำเภออู่ทอง จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือสตรีที่เข้ารับการตรวจมะเร็งปากมดลูกจำนวน 158 คน และสตรีที่ไม่ได้เข้ารับการตรวจมะเร็งปากมดลูก จำนวน 246 คนใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบมีระบบตามจำนวนสตรีกลุ่มเป้าหมายในแต่ละสถานบริการสาธารณสุขอำเภออู่ทอง จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามด้านปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ประโยชน์ การรับรู้อุปสรรค การรับรู้สมรรถนะของตนเอง วิเคราะห์หาประสิทธิภาพด้วยสูตรของคูเดอร์ ริชาร์ดสัน (Kuder-Richardson : KR 20) ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.91 และแบบสอบถามปัจจัยอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและปัจจัยด้านอิทธิพลของสถานการณ์ ประสิทธิภาพโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ แอลฟาของ Cronbach ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา หาค่าความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติ Chi Square  เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างกลุ่มด้วยสถิติ t-test

ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า สถานภาพสมรส การรับรู้ประโยชน์ มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจเข้ารับเข้ารับการคัดกรองมะเร็งปากมดลูกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05  ส่วนรายได้ การไปตรวจมะเร็งปากมดลูกในรอบ 3 ปีที่ผ่านมา การมีเพื่อนบ้านหรือคนรู้จักป่วยด้วยโรคมะเร็งปากมดลูก,การรับรู้อุปสรรค มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจเข้ารับเข้ารับการคัดกรองมะเร็งปากมดลูก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01  และผลการเปรียบเทียบระหว่างปัจจัยการรับรู้ ปัจจัยอิทธิพลระหว่างบุคคล และปัจจัยอิทธิพลของสถานการณ์ต่อการตัดสินใจเข้ารับเข้ารับการคัดกรองมะเร็งปากมดลูก พบว่าปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ประโยชน์มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรมีการออกตรวจคัดกรองเชิงรุกในชุมชน และการเยี่ยมบ้าน เพื่อให้กลุ่มที่มีอุปสรรคไม่สามารถมาตรวจคัดกรองในสถานบริการได้รับการตรวจคัดกรองครอบคลุมมากยิ่งขึ้น
