ปัจจัยทำนายความยืดหยุ่นของผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยในสถานสงเคราะห์คนชรา

บทคัดย่อ

          ผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ในสถานสงเคราะห์คนชราต้องประสบกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงบริบท และสถานการณ์ต่าง ๆ ในชีวิต ภายใต้ข้อจำกัด และกฎระเบียบต่าง ๆ ของสถานสงเคราะห์ อาจส่งผลต่อการปรับตัวต่อสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นได้ลำบากกว่าผู้สูงอายุโดยทั่วไป จึงจำเป็นต้องมีความยืดหยุ่นในชีวิต การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายความยืดหยุ่นของผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยในสถานสงเคราะห์คนชรา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงอายุที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 60 ปีขึ้นไป ทั้งเพศชาย
และเพศหญิง ที่อาศัยอยู่ในสถานสงเคราะห์คนชราธรรมปกรณ์วัดม่วงและสถานสงเคราะห์คนชราธรรมปกรณ์
โพธิ์กลาง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย จำนวน 92 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง แบบสัมภาษณ์การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ แบบสัมภาษณ์การมองโลกในแง่ดี แบบสัมภาษณ์สัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล แบบสัมภาษณ์การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ความยืดหยุ่นของผู้สูงอายุ ที่มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .73, .82, .70, .76, .91 และ .96 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณ

               ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความยืดหยุ่นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

(Mean = 121.89, SD = 13.07) การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเองสามารถร่วมกันทำนายความยืดหยุ่นของผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยในสถานสงเคราะห์ได้ร้อยละ 48.6 (R2 = .486, p < .01)

               จากผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ข้อเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลและบุคลากรในทีมสุขภาพ ควรมีการออกแบบรูปแบบการพยาบาลเพื่อส่งเสริมให้ผู้สูงอายุมีความยืดหยุ่น โดยตระหนักถึงการสนับสนุนทางสังคมและความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเองของผู้สูงอายุ
