Abstract

มารดาเป็นบุคคลที่มีบทบาทหลักในการดูแลเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำเนิด โดยมารดาจะรับภาระในการดูแลเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของเด็กในทุกด้าน ทั้งการดูแลที่เป็นไปตามพัฒนาการและการดูแลเมื่อเจ็บป่วย อย่างไรก็ตามบทบาทหน้าที่ดังกล่าวมีความยุ่งยากและซับซ้อนมาก จึงส่งผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินชีวิตของมารดา ทั้งด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ สังคม และจิตวิญญาณ ดังนั้นบุคคลากร ดังนั้นบุคคลากรทางสุขภาพจึงจำเป็นต้องมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์การดูแล ผลกระทบ และคุณภาพชีวิตของมารดา ในการดูแลเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำเนิด เพื่อให้มีแนวทางในการช่วยเหลือมารดาให้มีสุขภาพและคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี และคงบทบาทการดูแลเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำเนิดต่อไปได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
