พฤติกรรมการดูแลด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย (Descriptive Research) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการดูแลด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลและพยาบาลจากแหล่งฝึก และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการดูแลด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลและพยาบาลจากแหล่งฝึก  ประชาการที่ใช้ศึกษาในครั้งนี้ เป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต  ชั้นปีที่ 4 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลพระจอมเกล้า จังหวัดเพชรบุรี รุ่นที่ 25  ที่ฝึกปฏิบัติวิชาปฏิบัติการบริหารการพยาบาล  ประจำปีการศึกษา 2559  จำนวน  88  คน  และพยาบาลวิชาชีพของหอผู้ป่วยที่นักศึกษาฝึกปฏิบัติงาน  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม  ประกอบด้วย  ข้อมูลทั่วไป และพฤติกรรมการดูแลด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือ ความตรงในด้านเนื้อหา ด้วยค่า IOC (Index of item Objective Congruence) ได้ค่า 0.66 -1 วิเคราะห์หาค่าความเที่ยง ด้วยวิธีของ         ครอนบาค (Cronbach’s Coefficient a)  ซึ่งได้ค่าเท่ากับ 0.827  การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ Independent  T-Test  ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาพรวมของพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากในขณะที่การรับรู้ของพยาบาล ที่มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม การรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลและพยาบาลที่มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด  ส่วนด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์ และ ด้านการคำนึงถึงสิทธิผู้ป่วยและการให้ผู้ป่วยมีส่วนร่วม มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก  สำหรับผลการเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ของพยาบาลที่มีต่อภาพรวมพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ และรายด้านทุกด้าน พบว่า ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ของพยาบาลมากกว่าค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value =0.000,  0.001)   แม้ผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่าการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลและพยาบาลจากแหล่งฝึกที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ อยู่ในระดับมากและมากที่สุด  แต่การพัฒนาพฤติกรรมการดูแลด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ยังคงต้องมีการพัฒนาต่อไป  เพื่อให้สามารถตอบสนองความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ  และความต้องการที่เพิ่มขึ้นตามการดูแลที่ยึดผู้ป่วยเป็นศูนย์กลางและปัญหาที่ซับซ้อนมากขึ้น

Humanistic nursing behavior of nursing students

This descriptive  research  was  aimed  to  study  the  humanistic nursing behavior of nursing students  by  the  perception  of  nursing  students  and  preceptor  in  the  clinical setting, and the comparison of the humanistic nursing behavior of nursing  students  was  examined. The  population of the  study  was  including the  88  students of 4^th year  nursing  students of  Prachomklao  College of Nursing, Petchaburi  in year 2016 which were in the period of the practicum of Nursing Administration Subject, and  preceptors  who  are  nurses  in  the  clinical setting  which  nursing  students  practiced  their skills. The research tool was the questionnaire including general data and humanistic nursing behavior. It was tested the content validity by the Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC = 0.66 -1), and the reliability was used  the  Cronbach’s  Coefficient (a = 0.827). Data  analysis  were  used  Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard deviation, and the Independent T-Test. Research  findings were the perception of nursing students about their humanistic nursing behavior was with  high level. While the perception of preceptors about the humanistic nursing behavior of nursing students was with highest

level. As identifying each category, it found that the perception of nursing students about  Morality was with highest level, while the  perception of Analytical thinking, Patient’s Right concern, Patient’s participation was with high level. For the comparison of nursing students’ and preceptors’ perception, it indicated that the perception of preceptors about nursing students’ humanistic nursing behavior was different from nursing students’ perception. The mean of preceptors was significantly greater than the mean of nursing (p-value = 0.000, 0.001). Nevertheless, the finding shows that the perception of nursing students and perception of preceptors about the humanistic nursing behavior of nursing students  were with high and  highest  level, nursing students should continuously develop their humanistic nursing behavior in order to patients’ satisfaction. Moreover, it will support patients’ problems and concern of patient center care.
