การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพช่องปากผู้สูงอายุแบบมีส่วนร่วม สำหรับชมรมผู้สูงอายุ ตำบลเหล่าหลวง จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพช่องปากผู้สูงอายุ และพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพช่องปากผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสมาชิกชุมชนผู้สูงอายุตำบลเหล่าหลวง จำนวน 75 คน ที่ได้มาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) โดยวิธีการจับฉลาก  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพช่องปากผู้สูงอายุแบบมีส่วนร่วมและแบบทดสอบความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากและการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปาก และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที (Paired t-test)        ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ผู้สูงอายุสมาชิกชมรมผู้สูงอายุตำบลเหล่าหลวง (ร้อยละ 72.0) เป็นหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 69 ปี เกินครึ่ง(ร้อยละ 64.0) และสถานภาพสมรสคู่ 2) ขั้นตอนการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพช่องปากผู้สูงอายุสำหรับชมรมผู้สูงอายุตำบลเหล่าหลวง ประกอบด้วย คือ การประเมินภาวะสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุ การวางแผนปฏิบัติการร่วมกับทันตแพทย์ ทันตาภิบาล และเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข การปฏิบัติการพัฒนาการรับรู้ความสามารถของตน การประเมินผลการปฏิบัติการ และการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ และ 3)ภายหลังการพัฒนา  พบว่า  ผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มเป้าหมาย มีผลต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่าก่อนการพัฒนาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value < 0.05) ส่วนการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากพบว่า ภายหลังการพัฒนา ผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มเป้าหมายมีผลต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ยการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่าก่อนการพัฒนาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value < 0.05) และผู้สูงอายุ    มีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพช่องปากผู้สูงอายุ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean=3.80, SD.= 0.47)  

The Development of  Dental  Health  Promotion Model

using Participatory process for Elderly Club

in  Lao Luang  Sub- District,  Roi-Et Province

The purpose of this research are to investigate problems and needs of elderly about oral health promotion activities and to develop of activities promoting oral health of elderly, The samples consisted of 75 elderly in Lao Luang  sub-district who were sampled by simple random sampling. Data were collected using the model of activities promoting oral health of elderly, test of knowledge about oral health and oral health care, and form for the Assessment of satisfaction. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean standard deviation, and  paired t-test. The research results were as follows: 1) The elderly club members, Lao Luang sub district were mostly female (72.0%), mean age 69 years, married (64.0%) 2) model of dental  health  promotion activities on participatory for elderly club   Lao Luang sub-district divided into assessment of elderly health status, operational planning with dentists, dental nurse and public health officers, to improve the efficacy of their operations, evaluation of operations, and learning from practice knowledge sharing.     3) After development of elderly target had difference between mean scores of knowledge about oral health care increased more than before to develop a statistically significant (p-value <0.05). It was also found that after developed elderly target group had different average scores of oral health care increased more, before development of statistical significance (p-value <0.05)
