Abstract

This research aims to 1) to study the current conditions and desirable conditions of a creative leadership of school administrators in the private education under Buriram Provincial office. 2) to Development of the Programs to Enhance a Creative Leadership of School Administrators in the Private Education under Buriram Provincial office. This research carried out two phases of research: Phase 1, the current conditions and desirable conditions of a creative leadership of school administrators in the private education under Buriram Provincial office. and Phase 2, Development of the Programs to Enhance a Creative Leadership of School Administrators in the Private Education under Buriram Provincial office. By collecting data from a 217 sample group and evaluating the program by 5 experts Research results appear as follows.


  1. The results of the current conditions of a creative leadership of school administrators in the private education under Buriram Provincial office was at a high level in overall, when considering each aspect found that all aspects were at the same level. For the desirable condition of a creative leadership of school administrators in the private education under Buriram Provincial office was at the highest level in overall, when considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at the highest level as well.

  2. The 7 component results of the Development of the Programs to Enhance a Creative Leadership of School Administrators in the Private Education under Buriram Provincial office, consisting of 1) principles, 2) objectives of the program 3) Content 4) Structure of the model 5) Development method 6) Development period and 7) Evaluation. All aspects was at the highest level and the possibility is at the highest level.
