สภาพการบริหารงานโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 1

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งที่จะศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 4 ด้านในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 1 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูและผู้บริหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 471 คน จากการสุ่มจากประชากรโดยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซีและมอร์แกน แล้วทำการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามจำนวน 3 ตอน คือแบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับและแบบสอบถามปลายเปิดซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .8559 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือความถี่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ค่าที (Independent Samples t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติจึงทำการทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ กำหนดค่าสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงาน โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านการบริหารจัดการและด้านนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนด้านอื่น ๆ อยู่ในระดับมาก

2. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 1 จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่ง พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

3. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 1 จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนพบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

4. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 1 ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุดคือ ควรจัดหาบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมารับผิดชอบโดยตรงเพื่อเลือกใช้โปรแกรมหรือซอฟต์แวร์ที่มีความเหมาะสมสำหรับนักเรียนมากที่สุด

STATES OF ADMINISTRATION USING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN SCHOOLS UNDER BURIRAM PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

The purposes of this research were to examine and compare the opinions IT-based management of the administration in schools under Buriram Primary Educational area 1. The samples of this study were 471 teachers, selected through the table of Krejcie and Morgan, and stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a 3-part questionnaireincluding check list, 5-rating scale and open-ended form with the reliability of .8559. The statistics used to analyze the collected data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested by independent samplest-test, and one-way ANOVA. If the significant differences were found, Scheffe' method was used. The significant difference was set at the level of .05. The results were as follows:

1. The opinions of administrators and teachers about the states of administration using information technology in schools under Buriram primary educational service area office 1 as a whole were at a high level. When considering at each aspect, it was found that educational management and students were at a moderate level; whereas, the rest aspects were at a high level.

2. The comparison of the opinions of administrators and teachers about the states of administration using information technology in schools under Buriram primary educational service area office 1, classified by positions both as a whole and in each aspect was not different.

3. The comparison of the opinions of administrators and teachers about the states of administration using information technology in schools under Buriram primary educational service area office 1, classified by school sizes both as a whole and in each aspect was not different.

4. The opinions and suggestions of administrators and teachers about the states of administration using information technology in schools under Buriram primary educational service area office 1 which were highly recommended were there should provide personnel with knowledge of information technology directly in order to select the most suitable application softwares for students.
