ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการสาธารณะ ของเทศบาลตำบลอุดมธรรม อำเภอกระสัง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการบริการสาธารณะของเทศบาลตำบลอุดมธรรม อำเภอกระสัง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ใน 4 ด้านคือ ด้านการพัฒนาระบบสาธารณูปโภค ด้านการ ส่งเสริมอาชีพ ด้านสาธารณสุข และด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและมลพิษต่างๆ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มจากประชากรจำนวน 8,350 คน โดยการกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของทาโร ยามาเน่ ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 383 คน แล้วทำการสุ่มให้กระจายไปตามหมู่บ้านต่างๆ ตามสัดส่วนโดยวิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะ คือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิดได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ0.9359 สถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการบริการสาธารณะของเทศบาลตำบลอุดมธรรม อำเภอกระสัง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาระบบสาธารณูปโภคอยู่ในระดับมาก นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการพัฒนาระบบสาธารณูปโภครองลงมา คือ ด้านสาธารณสุข ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยตำที่สุด คือ ด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและมลพิษต่างๆ ตามลำดับ และจากการศึกษาความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอื่นๆ ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด คือ ควรจัดให้มีรถเก็บขยะเข้าไปเก็บขยะในเขตชุมชน รองลงมา คือ ควรส่งเสริมด้านการประกอบอาชีพให้กับประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลให้มากขึ้น และควรให้ประชาชนเข้ามา มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินโครงการต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับบริการสาธารณะ ตามลำดับPEOPLE’S OPINION ON THE PUBLIC SERVICE OF UDOMTHAM SUBDISTRICT MUNICIPALITY IN KASANG DISTRICT, BURIRAM PROVINCE

This research aimed to study the people’s opinions on the public services of Udomtham Subdistrict Municipality in Kasang District, Buriram Province, in 4 aspects : public utility, occupational promotion, health service, environment and pollution management. The samples were 383 people, obtained from the population by fixing the sample size through the table of Taro Yamane, stratified random sampling, and simple random sampling, respectively. The tool used to collect the data was a 3 – part questionnaire: checklist, 5- rating scale and open-ended form with the reliability at 0.9359. The basic statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research results were found that: People’s opinions on the public services of Udomtham Subdistrict Municipality in Kasang District, Buriram Province, in overall were at a moderate level. When considering at each aspect, it was found that the public utility was at a high level while the rest aspects were at a moderate level. The highest mean score was public utility, followed by the health service, the environmental and pollution management was reported as the lowest mean score. And the result of the opinions and suggestions that were mostly found were the waste collection vehicles should be sent by the municipality to take waste from community, followed by the occupations should be promoted to people in municipality, and the people should have a chance to participate in management of the various projects pertaining to public services, respectively.
