แนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพวาปีปทุม

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการ จัดการเรียนการสอนของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพวาปีปทุม และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพ การจัดการเรียนการสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา นักเรียน นักศึกษา และผู้ปกครอง จำนวน 487 คน ตัวแปรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ กรอบมาตรฐานการประกัน คุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาระดับอาชีวศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบบันทึก การสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพื้นฐาน ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์แบบอุปนัย ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและ อุปสรรคในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพวาปีปทุม พบว่า สภาพปัญหาและ อุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพวาปีปทุม ภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.53 ส่วนแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ เสนอว่า สถานศึกษาควรจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาให้ครอบคลุมในทุกด้าน ส่งเสริมสนับสนุน การวิจัยและพัฒนาสื่อนวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีช่วยสอน การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะเพื่อพัฒนา ผู้เรียนและผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาด้านอาชีวศึกษาให้ตรงตามความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ จัดระบบดูแลให้คำปรึกษาผู้เรียนอย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อลดปัญหาการออกกลางคัน ของนักศึกษา การนำนักศึกษาออกให้บริการวิชาชีพตามความต้องการของชุมชนสังคม เพื่อเป็นการฝึกประสบการณ์จริง การจัดสรรงบประมาณสำหรับการวิจัยให้เพียงพอและต่อเนื่อง และควรมีการประสานความร่วมมือกับสถานประกอบการในการวิจัย เพื่อพัฒนาการจัดการเรียน การสอนด้านอาชีวศึกษาGuidelines for Quality Development in Learning and Teaching Arrangements of Wapi Pathum Industrial Community College

The purpose of this research were to study the current situation and obstacles on quality development of learning and teaching arrangement in Wapi Pathum Industrial Community College and guidelines for Quality Development of Learning and Teaching Arrangement. The subject were 487 persons including teacher, educational personnel, students and parent. The variable use in the research was quality assurance framework within vocational institutions. The instruments were a questionnaire and a focus group note-taking form. The basic statistics, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used for analyzing data whereas qualitative data was analyzed by analytic induction. The result of the research indicated that the current situation and obstacles on quality development of learning and teaching Arrangement in Wapi Pathum Industrial Community College as rated at a high level (= 3.53) as a whole. The guidelines for Quality Development of Learning and Teaching Arrangement, most subject advised that the institutions should do the action plan which has been coving all the relevant aspects, enhance to do the research and develop the technology innovation assisted instruction, develop the competency base curriculum to improve learner and graduates in vocational education to meet the expectations of the workplace, arrange the consulting to learns continually and efficiency in order to reduce student’ dropping out. There should take the student to service in professional to meet the expectations of community and society in order to train work experience, budget allocation for research should be provided sufficiency and continuously and finally there should be cooperated with the workplace for doing research in order to develop learning and teaching arrangement in vocational education.
