As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format including;
    1. Title page (.doc)
    2. Manuscripts (.doc)
    3. Figures (.jpg, .tiff)
    4. Tables (.doc)
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is double-spaced; uses a calibri, 10-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, as detailed below.
  • Language used in an article is English (Calibri 10).
  • One-side printing, use standard program and fonts and put page numbers for all pages.
  • Title of the article is in English. Concise and informative. Titles are often used in information-retrieval systems. Avoid abbreviations where possible.
  • Author names and surnames are English. In case of more than one author, the corresponding author should sort by important tasks respectively; in addition, indicate with a superscript letter after the surname and add an asterisk before the author’s name. Provide the author’s name, address, telephone, and fax numbers, and current email address. PLEASE submit to the journal with an institute/formal e-mail address for all authors.
  • The manuscripts should be prepared according to following contents;
    • Structured abstract: With no more than 400 words, the abstract must include the following headings: Background, Objectives, Materials and methods, Results, Conclusion and Keywords.. 
    • Introduction: describe the purpose or hypothesis of the research, explain certain elements that are important to the research and provide an adequate background, comments and reference to previously published research.
    • Materials and methods: describe in detail how the study was carried out.
    • Results: present the new results of the study such as tables and figures mentioned in the main body of the article, and numbered in the order in which they appear in the text or discussion.

    • Conclusion
    • Acknowledgement
    • References

  • Identify sources of funding for research scholarship.
  • In details of content of the article; using a superscript number after the text or paragraph to refer to the references
  • Preparing tables, graphs and figures 
    • Each table, graph and figure should be self-explanatory one page per each. Save the figures as high resolution JPEG or TIFF files.
    • Separate and self-explanatory of figure legend and using English for figure description.
    • Title and description of the tables graphs and figures are in Calibri, 10-point font.
  • To ensure the integrity of the blind peer-review for submission to this journal, every effort should be made to prevent the identities of the authors and reviewers from being known to each other. The authors of the document have deleted their names from the text, with "Author" and year used in the references and footnotes, instead of the authors' name, article title, etc. After the journal was accepted, the name of authors and affiliation and the name of the corresponding author must be included into the document and re-submitted in the copyediting stage.
