Abstract

การพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้สำหรับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กโดยใช้กระบวนการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ : กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนแม่ตะไคร้ อำเภอแม่ออน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาและศึกษาผลการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้สำหรับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กโดยใช้กระบวนการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ครู ผู้บริหาร นักเรียน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนแม่ตะไคร้ รวมจำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แนวการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมของครูและผู้บริหาร แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ได้แผนการพัฒนาครูจำนวน 8 สัปดาห์ ทำให้ครูมีการเตรียมแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เตรียมสื่อการเรียนรู้ไว้ล่วงหน้า ครูผู้สอนมีการทดลองสร้างแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบรวมชั้น จำนวน 4 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100.00  2) หลังการเข้าร่วมโครงการ พบว่า ครูเกิดความตระหนักในความสำคัญของการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ และต้องการพัฒนาตนเองในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ในส่วนของผู้บริหารมีความตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการเอาใจใส่ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู มีความเข้าใจอันดีระหว่างผู้บริหารกับครูมากขึ้น ส่วนนักเรียนเห็นว่าครูมีสื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้หลากหลาย มีความน่าสนใจ มีความสนุกสนานในการเรียน นอกจากนี้ผู้ปกครองเห็นว่าโรงเรียนให้ความสำคัญกับบุตรหลานของตน ครูมีสื่อการเรียนรู้ ครูรักและเมตตาต่อศิษย์

The Development of a Learning Management for Small-Sized Schools Implementing Professional Learning Community Approach: A Case study of Maetakrai School, Mae On District, Chiang Mai Province

A professional learning community (PLC) approach is implemented to develop a learning management for small-sized schools. A case study of the implementation of PLCs at small-sized schools was conducted at Maetakrai school, Mae On District, Chiang Mai Province. The purpose of this case study was to develop a learning management and examine the results on its development and the implementation of PLC at the small-sized school, Maetakrai school. The 20 key informants were the school administrator, schoolteachers, school students and their parents. The instruments employed to collect the data were situation analysis, behavior observation forms designed for the administrator and teachers, and indepth interviews. Content analysis was used to analyze the data. The results revealed as follows; 1) Teacher development plan had been designed for eight weeks. Then, schoolteachers were able to prepare their learning management plans as well as learning course materials in advance. The teachers was trying planning learning management for four students in an inclusive classroom (100 percentage).   2) After their participation in the project was complete, the teachers have become aware of how important the development of a learning management has actually been. They also need to develop themselves in order to excel and augment their competencies in learning management. The school administrator realizes the importance of teachers’ awareness of learning management. Both the administrator and teachers gain a better understanding simultaneously. The students viewed that their teachers have a variety of learning course materials; as well as, the materials make them interested and happy to learn. Furthermore, the parents gave their holistic views that the school places the importance of their children; the teachers not only have various course materials but also treat students with loves and mercies.
